Mesa Verde High School Burglary - Musical Instruments
At approximately midnight on 08/21/26, two suspects burglarized the band room at Mesa Verde High School by smashing a door window and activating the interior push bar. The suspects stole a French horn valued at approximately $5,000 and a cymbal/drum valued at approximately $800. Suspect #1: White Male, approx. 5'10", 185 lbs., black hair, arm tattoos, black graphic T-shirt with red writing, black sweatpants (possibly Adidas), black/gold slides. Suspect #2: White Female, approx. 5'5", 155 lbs., red hair, black shirt, black skirt, black boot-style shoes. Residential Burglary, Theft from Vehicle, Vehicle Burglary
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of residential and vehicle burglaries in the Orangevale and Fair Oaks areas that occurred during July and August in the areas of Central Avenue, Illinois Avenue, Kenneth Avenue and Phoenix Avenue. The suspect is a white male adult who has worn various clothing including black with white Nike low top shoes, dark shorts, dark t-shirt, burgundy hat, light colored sweatshirt with black logo on front, light baseball hat, dark sweatshirt, gloves, and has been riding a white with black electric bicycle. SSO is seeking information that may assist in identifying the suspect. On 6/19/2026, at approximately 5:30pm, an unknown black male adult entered the campus of COA Middle School at 3800 Bolivar Avenue, North Highlands. The suspect attempted to pry open two storage container doors, and the doors to the main office of the school. The suspect damaged both sets of doors resulting in significant damage.
