Sacramento County Park Rangers are looking to identify this individual who is suspected of abusing a horse at Gibson Ranch.  He is believed to be associated with a red hatchback-style car.

Name: 13 CATS & HAWK KILLED AND DUMPED IN LINCOLN CS 23-005
Wanted For: Placer County officials are looking for help in solving an animal cruelty case involving the suspicious deaths of 13 cats and a hawk in unincorporated Lincoln.  On Jan 8, 2023, a utility worker contacted animal services after finding the animals near North Dowd Road and Waltz Road, just off Highway 65 near Coon Creek.  Animal services officers found cats varying in age from kittens to adults. Officials said they animals were not killed at the site but were placed there.   All animals showed signs of abuse and appeared to have died within the prior week. The cats were of varying ages, genders, and colors. None were microchipped.

Name: GEESE SHOT WITH BLOW DARTS CS 22-037

Four geese have been shot with an illegal blow dart in the at a pond near Truxel Road in the Natomas area. Wildlife experts say it’s a disturbing trend that seems to be growing.

Blow darts are illegal.  The darts have razor edges.  The crime is punished by fines in the State of California.

Wanted As Of: 10/15/2021
On October 3, 2021, at around 12:30 pm in the area of Rock Creek Way along Morrison Creek, a subject shot through a chain link fence at a 5-month-old dog in a back yard.  The dog suffered severe pain and internal damage.   The dog has since died.
