Casi went to Greenville Memorial Hospital due to an episode linked to mental illness/drug use. Casi was seen on CCTV walking out of the hospital on foot. She has not been seen or heard from since that time. Casi also did not have her cellular phone when she left on foot. Casi has a history of illegal drug abuse. Cadaver dogs have done searches of the wooded area near the hospital with negative results. Casi has several tattoos. They range in location from her ankle (butterfly), forearms (words), and back (butterflies). Anyone having information should call 911 or 864-467-5548.

McKenna was allegedly taken by her mother, Jennifer Settle. There is currently an active federal warrant on Settle for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. On 04/26/2019, Settle and Butcher were suspected to have crossed over into Mexico, however, this could not be confirmed.
Settle owned a maroon in color 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan when she disappeared with her McKenna. It is unlikely that Settle is still in possession of that vehicle at this time, however, McKenna is still believed to be in the custody of her mother.
Jennifer Settle (DOB: 1971) is a white female with light brown hair and brown eyes. She is over 40 years of age, 5'3, and weighs roughly 110 pounds.
