Crime Stoppers of Citrus County provides a method for you to safely and ANONYMOUSLY provide tips to Law Enforcement and PAYS CASH REWARDS for information that leads to an arrest, warrant and/or recovery of narcotics or stolen property. Do you have experience as a Grant Manager? Crime Stoppers of Citrus County is currently looking for a Grant Manager to help us with the day to day managing & reporting tasks of our State of Florida Crime Stoppers Trust Fund (CSTF). This contract will be effective through August 15, 2026.

Primary Requirements for this position will include:

Be familiar with grants, specifically, reimbursement grants.
Be familiar with Crime Stoppers (previous work with Non-Profit Organizations preferred).
Be familiar with working with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and their E-Grants System.
Excellent time management skills & cognizant of deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities of this position will include:

Communicate regularly with a Point of Contact on the Board of Directors and/or Crime Stoppers Law Enforcement Coordinator.
Managing our program's State of Florida Crime Stoppers Trust Fund (CSTF) Grant.
Prepare and complete all CSTF reimbursement documents to the OAG on a monthly basis with the provided documentation from the Program.
Basic bookkeeping responsibilities to track expenditures of the grant and share with the Executive Board of Directors.
Complete the application to renew the CSTF Grant.
