On Friday, November 15, 2019 at approximately 9:19 P.M., in front of 116-12 166th Street in the confines of the 113 Precinct in Queens, Talasia Cuffie (pictured above) was stabbed and killed by an unknown perpetrator.

Attempted Rape

MELROSE STREET AND CENTRAL AVENUE IN THE CONFINES OF THE 83 PRECINCT IN
BROOKLYN, THE MALE PERPETRATOR PICTURED ABOVE ENTERED A 23 YEAR OLD
FEMALE'S APARTMENT THROUGH THE WINDOW AND ATTEMPTED TO RAPE HER. THE
PERPETRATOR FLED THE LOCATION IN A BLUE TOYOTA CAMRY.

On Friday, November 8, 2019 at approximately 10:00 A.M., in the vicinity of Pike Street and Frank T. Modica Way in the confines of the 7 Precinct in Manhattan, the above pictured perpetrator displayed a knife demanding the victims debit card and pin number. The perpetrator withdrew approximately $2,000 using the the victims debit card.

On Monday, October 14, 2019 at approximately 12:00 A.M., in front of 1439 Nelson Avenue in the confines of the 44 Precinct in the Bronx, the above pictured perpetrators displayed a knife and gun at the victim. The perpetrators then forcefully took the victims cellphone and $10.
