On Thursday, November 14, 2019 at approximately 4:50 A.M., in the confines of the 61 Precinct in Brooklyn, the perpetrator pictured above entered the residential building, used power tools to cut into a money dispenser in the laundry room and took money.

The credit card was stolen from TsuruTonTan Udon Noodle inside of 64 West 48 Street in Manhattan.
