On Monday, December 9, 2019 at approximately 9:20 P.M., inside Best Buy located at 369 Gateway Drive in the confines of the 75 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male perpetrator pictured above displayed a knife and took merchandise without paying for it.

On Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at approximately 7:10 P.M., in front of 3043 Brighton 14th Street in the confines of the 60 Precinct in Brooklyn, the perpetrator pictured above stabbed a male multiple times and attempted to take his property.

Assault
On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at approximately 5:20 P.M., on Union Street between Albany Avenue and Kingston Avenue in the confines of the 71 Precinct in Brooklyn, the group of male perpetrators pictured above punched a Hasidic Jewish male in the head knocking him to the ground. On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at approximately 5:56 P.M. in the vicinity of 315 Albany Avenue in Brooklyn, the same perpetrators pictured above attacked another Hasidic male, striking him in the head with a chair and punching him in the face.

Robbery
On Friday, December 20, 2019 at approximately 4:00 A.M., at the 75th Avenue subway station in the confines of the 112 Precinct in Queens, an unknown perpetrator forcibly took a female's property. The male perpetrator pictured above used the female's stolen credit card at Gamestop located at 32 East 14th Street in Manhattan.

On Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at approximately 3:45 P.M., in front of 850 Broadway in the confines of the 9th Precinct in Manhattan, the perpetrators pictured above opened a taxi driver's door, held him by his jacket and took his wallet from the center console.

Robbery Pattern
Rayon Gounga (pictured above) is wanted in connection with numerous robberies that occurred in the confines of the 103, 104, 105, 106, 109 Precincts in Queens and the 84 and 60 Precincts in Brooklyn. Rayon Gounga is also wanted in connection with a kidnapping that occurred on Friday, December 20, 2019 in the confines of the 106 Precinct in Queens. He has a tattoo on his neck that is a picture of red lips and a tongue.

Criminal Mischief
On Friday, December 27, 2019 at approximately 8:45 P.M, in front of 723 7th Avenue in the confines of the Midtown North Precinct in Manhattan, the perpetrators pictured above jumped on the hood and roof of a victim's car causing substantial damage.

Burglary
On Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at approximately 1:00 A.M., at 35-08 99th Street in the confines of the 115 Precinct in Queens, the perpetrator pictured above unlawfully entered the victim's vehicle from the driver's side door and took property.

Robbery
On Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at approximately 6:05 A.M., at the corner of Westchester Avenue and Wheeler Avenue in the confines of the 43 Precinct in the Bronx, the perpetrators pictured above struck a male multiple times with a 2x4 piece of lumber on his head and back and took his property.

Assault
On Friday, January 3, 2020 at approximately 11:20 A.M., aboard a northbound 'C' train at the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street subway station in the confines of the 84 Precinct in Brooklyn, 31 year old Jason Everett (pictured above) stabbed two victims causing physical injuries.

On Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at approximately 6:35 P.M., at the Kingsbridge Road subway station on the 'D' line in the confines of the 52 Precinct in the Bronx, the three male perpetrators pictured above displayed a knife and took a male's coat, wallet and cellphone.

On Sunday, December 15, 2019 at approximately 3:30 A.M., at 156 East 2nd Street in the confines of the 9th Precinct in Manhattan, the two male perpetrators pictured above entered through a back door, pried open a safe and took cash.

Grand Larceny
On Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at approximately 1:40 P.M., inside Chase Bank located at 1260 Broadway in the confines of the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan, the male perpetrator pictured above took $1,000.00 from a victim's hand by the ATM machine and fled into the 32nd Street subway station.

On Friday, December 27, 2019 at approximately 5:05 P.M., at 237 East Fordham Road in the confines of the 52 Precinct in the Bronx, the female perpetrator pictured above along with three other perpetrators punched and kicked a female numerous times about her face and took her cellphone.

On Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at approximately 4:25 P.M., at 373 Nostrand Avenue in the confines of the 79 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male perpetrator pictured above took packages without permission or authority to do so.

Robbery
On Thursday, December 26, 2019 at approximately 8:00 P.M., inside 904 Morris Avenue in the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx, the male perpetrator pictured above engaged in a verbal dispute, grabbed a speaker, threw it to the ground and struck a male in the face with a baseball bat causing a physical injury.

On Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at approximately 10:47 P.M., in front of 2202 Linden Boulevard in the confines of the 75 Precinct in Brooklyn, the perpetrator pictured above displayed a knife and took a male's property.

Homicide
ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 24, 2019, AT APPROXIMATELY 1:30 A.M., IN FRONT OF 3273 3RD AVENUE IN THE CONFINES OF THE 42 PRECINCT IN THE BRONX, THE MALE PERPETRATORS PICTURED ABOVE DEMANDED MONEY FROM A 60 YEAR OLD MALE AND A 29 YEAR OLD MALE AND PUNCHED AND KICKED THEM CAUSING THE 60 YEAR-OLD MALE'S DEATH.

Non-Fatal Shooting
On Sunday, December 29, 2019 at approximately 12:35 A.M., at 744 Franklin Avenue in the confines of the 77 Precinct in Brooklyn, an unknown perpetrator shot a male numerous times from the vehicle pictured above.

Endangering the Welfare of a Child
On Monday, October 7, 2019 at approximately 3:53 P.M., in front of 2474 Ocean Avenue in the confines of the 61 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male perpetrator pictured above approached a minor and made comments causing the minor to become alarmed and annoyed.
