The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached media who are wanted in connection with a robbery pattern that occurred within the confines of the 5th, 9th, 10th and 13th Precincts. Details are as follows:
Incident #1 (5th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Monday, August 24, 2026, at approximately 7:50 P.M., in the vicinity of Worth Street and Lafayette Street, two unidentified individuals riding Citi Bikes approached a 26-year-old male victim and snatched his cell phone, valued at approximately $499, from his hand. The individuals fled the location on e-bikes, traveling southbound on Lafayette Street. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
Incident #2 (9th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Monday, August 24, 2026, at approximately 9:25 P.M., in front of 427 East 12 Street, two unidentified individuals riding Citi Bikes approached a 31-year-old male victim and snatched his cell phone, valued at approximately $1,072, from his hand. The individuals fled the location on e-bikes, traveling eastbound on East 12 Street. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
Incident #3 (10th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Monday, August 24, 2026, at approximately 10:10 P.M., in front of 250 West 26 Street, two unidentified individuals riding Citi Bikes approached a 68-year-old male victim and snatched his cell phone, valued at approximately $730, from his hand. The individuals fled the location on e-bikes to parts unknown. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
Incident #4 (13th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Monday, August 24, 2026, at approximately 10;33 P.M., in the vicinity of 14 Street and 7 Avenue, two unidentified individuals riding Citi Bikes approached a 27-year-old male victim and snatched his cell phone, valued at approximately $62, from his hand. The individuals fled the location on e-bikes, traveling eastbound on West 14 Street. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
Incident #5 (13th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at approximately 9:08 P.M., in the vicinity of 5 Avenue and 14 Street, two unidentified individuals approached a 25-year-old male victim and snatched his cell phone, valued at approximately $1,000, from his hand. The individuals fled the location on e-bikes, traveling westbound on East 14 Street. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
Incident #6 (9th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at approximately 10:34 P.M., in front of 77 East 12 Street, two unidentified individuals approached an 18-year-old male victim and snatched his cell phone, valued at approximately $1,500, from his hand. The individuals fled the location on e-bikes in an unknown direction. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
Incident #7 (9th Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at approximately 11:35 P.M., in front of 2 St. Marks Place, two unidentified individuals approached an 18-year-old male victim. One of the individuals placed the victim in a headlock and forcibly removed his cell phone, valued at approximately $850. The individuals fled the location in an unknown direction. The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention at the scene.
