On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at approximately 1300 hours, a 34-year-old female victim was at the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Sterling Place. An unidentified individual approached the victim from behind and grabbed her buttocks.

On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at approximately 2310 hours, that while inside a northbound "3" train at the Wall Street train station, a 29-year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified individual. The unidentified individual displayed a knife and slashed the victim before forcibly removing her cellphone. The victim sustained laceration injuries to her left arm, left elbow, both hands, and back.

On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at approximately 1745 hours, a 28-year-old female victim was aboard a Q53 MTA bus at Woodhaven Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue the bus stop when an unidentified individual stood behind her and grabbed her buttocks.

On Thursday, July 24, 2025, at approximately 1910 hours, in front 2980 Park Avenue, one of the unidentified individuals displayed and discharged a firearm multiple times towards a moving vehicle. The individuals then fled the location in a black jeep, traveling southbound on Park Avenue to parts unknown.

On Saturday, July 12, 2025, at approximately 1752 hours, a 27-year-old female victim was in the vicinity of 395 East 167 Street. An unidentified individual approached and engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim, then stabbed the victim in the head with an unknown sharp object, causing a laceration. The unidentified individual then fled the location on foot, traveling westbound on East 167 Street.

On Friday, July 18, 2025, at approximately 1245 hours, a 36-year-old male MTA employee was standing on the staircase inside the Avenue U "F" train station, when an unidentified individual approached and asked for directions. The unidentified individual did strike the victim in the face multiple times, causing pain and swelling. The unidentified individual then fled on foot, exiting the subway station to parts unknown.

On Monday, June 2, 2025, at approximately 2326 hours, a 29-year-old male victim was at East 4 Street and Avenue D. An unidentified individual got into a dark colored Volkswagen four door sedan, made a U-turn and intentionally struck the victim. The individual then fled the location in the vehicle, traveling southbound on Avenue D.

On Saturday, July 19, 2025, at approximately 0205 hours, a 30-year-old male victim was at West 46 Street and 11 Avenue when an unidentified individual approached and attempted to remove his necklace. The unidentified individual was unsuccessful in removing the necklace but displayed and discharged a firearm, striking the victim once in the torso. The individual then fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on West 46 Street.

On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at approximately 2044 hours, an unknown male individual approached a 53-year-old male victim in the vicinity of Willis Avenue and East 146 Street. The unknown individual did threaten to harm victim and attempt to remove his vehicle. The unidentified individual then fled on foot going southbound on Willis Avenue.

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, at approximately 0215 hours, in front of 1430 Boston Road, an unidentified individuals discharged a firearm one time. The individual then fled the location on foot, to parts unknown.

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, at approximately 1558 hours, two unknown male individuals on a black moped approached the 34-year-old male victim in the vicinity of Jerome Avenue and East 198th Street. The first individual simulated a firearm and attempted to forcibly remove the victim's necklace but was unsuccessful. The unidentified individuals then fled on the moped traveling northbound on Jerome Avenue to parts unknown.

On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at approximately 1525 hours, in front of 185 East 115 Street, a 50-year-old female was approached by an unidentified individual from behind and pepper sprayed her in the face before forcibly removing her wallet.

On Friday, July 4, 2025, at approximately 0140 hours, three unidentified individuals forcefully entered a residential building located in the vicinity of Prospect Avenue and East 156 Street through the front door. The unidentified individuals approached a 34-year-old male and a 31-year-old male victim, and one unidentified individual displayed a firearm. The other two unidentified individuals then forcibly removed the male victim's cellphones.  

On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at approximately 1815 hours, a group of three unidentified individuals were observed running when one of the unknown individuals discharged a firearm in front of 350 Port Richmond Avenue. The unidentified individuals fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, at approximately 2000 hours, a 34-year-old male victim was standing in front of 2109 Avenue U, when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The unidentified individual brandished a firearm and demanded the victim's jewelry. When the victim hesitated, the unidentified individual discharged one round from the firearm into the air. The unidentified individual then forcefully removed approximately $8,300 worth of jewelry from the victim.

On Thursday, June 12, 2025, at approximately 2040 hours, a 34-year-old female victim was in the vicinity of West Farms Road and Freeman Street. While waiting for the elevator inside a residential building, an unidentified individual approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. When the victim confronted the unidentified individual, the victim was pushed, causing a swollen finger and pain in her arm.

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, at approximately 0255 hours, the victim, a 31-year-old female was entering an elevator in a residential building in the vicinity of Madison Avenue and East 109 Street, when an unidentified male individual followed the victim into the elevator, grabbed her by the pants and pulled her out of the elevator. The unidentified male individual then began touching the victim's breasts over her shirt and struck her about the body causing her to fall to the floor before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at approximately 2327 hours, in front of 2055 Saint Raymond Avenue, three unidentified individuals approached an unidentified male victim. One of the unidentified individuals displayed and discharged a firearm multiple times towards the victim. The three unidentified individuals then fled the location on foot, traveling westbound on Benedict Avenue.

On Friday, July 25, 2025, at approximately 0800 hours, a 30-year-old female victim was aboard a southbound "D" train approaching the Kingsbridge Road train station, when an unidentified individual sat next to her and placed his hand underneath the victim's buttocks as she sat. The victim detrained, and the unidentified individual remained on the train to parts unknown.

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, at approximately 1845 hours, a 19-year-old male victim was at 170 Street and Grand Concourse. He had a verbal dispute with an unidentified individual and a physical altercation ensued. The individual then displayed and discharged a firearm, striking the victim once in the neck. The individual fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on 170 Street.
