The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached media wanted in connection with a Citywide robbery pattern that occurred within the confines of the 5, 25, 30, 34, 44, 46, and 81 Precincts. Details are as follows:

Incident #1 (46 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at approximately 5:49 P.M., in front of 2084 Grand Avenue, a 54-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped from behind. The individual snatched the victim's necklace from his neck and attempted to flee. The victim held onto the individual who accelerated the moped, causing the victim to fall to the ground. The individual then fled northbound on Davidson Street to parts unknown. 

Incident #2 (30 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Friday, September 25, 2026, at approximately 4:00 P.M., in front of 532 West 145 Street, a 48-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped. The individual snatched the victim's necklace off his neck and fled westbound on 145 Street to parts unknown. 

Incident #3 (25 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Friday, September 25, 2026, at approximately 4:25 P.M., in front of 7 East 116 Street, a 44-year-old female was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped who attempted to snatch her chain but was unsuccessful. The individual then simulated as if he had a weapon and the victim complied and handed the individual her necklace. The individual then fled on the moped traveling northbound on Madison Avenue. 

Incident #4 (5 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Monday, October 5, 2026, at approximately 1:30 P.M., in front of 135 East Houston Street, a 32-year-old male was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped. The individual demanded the victim's property, to which he complied. The individual then fled southbound on Forsyth Street. 

Incident #5 (81 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Monday, October 5, 2026, at approximately 1:50 P.M., a 28-year-old male victim was walking in the vicinity of Greene Avenue and Lewis Avenue when he was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped. The individual demanded the victim's property and then forcibly removed the victim's necklace and bracelet. The individual then fled the location on the moped traveling southbound on Lewis Avenue. 

Incident #6 (34 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at approximately 7:10 P.M., in front of 54 Nagle Avenue, a 69-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped. The individual forcibly removed the victim's necklace from his neck, causing him to fall to the ground and sustained a laceration. The individual then fled southbound on Nagle Avenue. 

Incident #7 (44 Precinct):
It was reported to police that on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at approximately 3:00 P.M., on the corner of Mount Eden Parkway and Sheridan Avenue, a 30-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual on a moped. The individual attempted to snatch the victim's chain from his neck and a struggle ensued. The individual then displayed a blade and stabbed the victim, causing a laceration to his leg and forcibly removed his necklace. The individual then fled the location on the moped traveling eastbound on Selwyn Avenue to parts unknown.
