ASSAULT/SHOOTING- On Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at approximately 12:08 A.M., in front of 208 West 41 Street in the confines of the Midtown North Precinct in Manhattan, the above perpetrator engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim which led to the perpetrator discharging a firearm without hitting the victim. The perpetrator then fled in the above Mercedes Benz west on West 41 Street.

The perpetrator fled in the above vehicle which was last scene traveling east bound on East 138 Street.

ONE OF THE ROUNDS STRUCK AN INNOCENT 80 YEAR-OLD BYSTANDER CAUSING HIM A SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY.
