On Saturday, November 15, 2025, at approximately 1415 hours, a 11-year-old male victim was walking in the vicinity of Utica Avenue and Avenue H when he was approached by two unidentified individuals. One of the individuals displayed a knife while the other removed the victim's jacket. Both individuals fled the location with the victim's property to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 1750 hours, a 14-year-old male victim was walking in front of 2931 Avenue X when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual asked the victim a question and then began to punch the victim multiple times throughout the body and then slashed him in the arm with an unknown sharp object causing a laceration. The individual then fled the location on foot traveling southbound on Avenue X.

On Thursday, November 20, 2025, at approximately 0850 hours, an unidentified individual entered a bodega located at 938 4 Avenue. Once inside, the individual began removing medicine from the counter. A 39-year-old male victim attempted to retrieve the medicine but was unsuccessful. The individual punched the victim multiple times in the face and then fled the location on foot, traveling southbound on 4 Avenue.

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at approximately 0045 hours, in front of 1347 Cromwell Avenue, a 24-year-old female victim was approached an unidentified individual in a verbal dispute. The individual then punches the victim in the face and removed her phone from her hands.

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at approximately 1530 hours, three unidentified individuals were at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Seward Avenue. Two of the individuals displayed firearms and discharged one round towards a group of people.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 1520 hours, in front of 124 East 61 Street, an 82-year-old female victim was walking when she was approached by an unidentified individual who shoved her, causing her to fall to the ground.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, at approximately 1830 hours, in front of 80-00 Cooper Avenue, an on-duty 47-year-old male MTA bus driver was punched in the face by an unidentified individual after a verbal dispute.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at approximately 2015 hours, in front of 1954 Powell Avenue, an unidentified individual approached a 30-year-old male victim and displayed a firearm. The individual attempted to remove the victim's food.

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at approximately 1903 hours, the victim, a 57-year-old female was walking in the vicinity of 625 Atlantic Avenue, when she was approached by an unidentified female individual who slashed her in the right leg with a sharp object causing a laceration. The unidentified female individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at approximately 1905 hours, in front of 1115 Jerome Avenue, a 15-year-old male victim was approached by two unidentified individuals. One individual simulated a firearm, and the other individual removed his gold chain from his neck.

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at approximately 2025 hours, inside of a commercial establishment located at 1137 East Tremont Avenue, two unidentified individuals entered the location and approached a 65-year-old male victim. One individual displayed a firearm while the second individual then went behind the counter and removed approximately $400 from the cash register.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, at approximately 0536 hours, the victim, a 32-year-old male, was in front of 128 East 174 Street when an unidentified individual approached the victim and engaged in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual began brandishing a knife and slashed the victim in the left leg and left elbow.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 2203 hours, a 23-year-old female victim was walking in the vicinity of East 204 Street and Valentine Avenue when she was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual made a threatening statement, punched the victim in the face and removed her cellphone from her hand.

On Friday, November 14, 2025, at approximately 1730 hours, a 71-year-old male victim was onboard a northbound B46 Bus approaching Union Street and Utica Avenue when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual engaged the victim in a verbal dispute and then punched the victim in the face causing him to fall forward and hit his head on a pole.

On Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 0900 hours, a 66-year-old male victim was in the vicinity of Rutland Road and East 95 Street, opening the door to his vehicle when an unidentified individual approached him and punched him in the face.

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, at approximately 0333 hours, a 30-year-old male victim was standing in front of 1186 Evergreen Avenue, when two unidentified individuals approached him from behind and struck him about the body and head with a baseball bat, and golf club.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 1430 hours, two unidentified individuals followed a 17-year-old male and approached him from behind at Brooklyn Avenue and Winthrop Street when they forcefully removed his jacket.

On Monday, November 10, 2025, at approximately 1746 hours, an unidentified individual discharged a firearm in front of 55 West Fordham Road. The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 1816 hours, in front of 2080 East 28 Street, a 55-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual and struck the victim in the head with a bottle. The victim sustained a laceration to the head. The individual then fled the location in a white SUV to parts unknown.

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at approximately 1957 hours, in front of 665 Westchester Avenue, a 16-year-old male victim was approached by three unidentified individuals, and a verbal dispute ensued. One of the individuals stabbed the victim in the abdomen.
