On November 23,2020, at approximately 0805hrs the perpetrator approached an MTA bus at W181 Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue and went to the rear right passenger side of the bus and stabbed the bus tire with a edged weapon; and walked away from the bus. The perpetrator has done this this same action to 7 other MTA buses at or near the incident location

robbery-On Thursday November 26, 2020 at approximately 1:05 P.M., in the rear of 1725 York Avenue in the confines of the 19th Precinct in Manhattan, the above pictured perpetrator snatched an 88 year old victim's purse causing her to fall on the ground and sustain injuries. The above perpetrator is wanted for another purse snatch that occurred on the same day while wearing the black jacket.
