The individuals then fled the incident location on foot, traveling to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

On Friday, August 7, 2026, at approximately 8:36 P.M., in front of 233 Sands Street, a 28-year-old male victim arranged to meet with an unidentified individual after communicating through Facebook Marketplace to purchase a PlayStation 5. During the encounter, one of the individuals displayed a firearm and forcibly removed approximately $250 from the victim. The individuals then fled the incident location inside 233 Sands Street to parts unknown. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
