On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at approximately 0855 hours, a 16-year-old male victim was walking in the vicinity of Eldert Lane and Jamaica Avenue when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual put his arm around the victim shoulders, made threats to harm him, and demanded the victim's property. The victim complied and handed over his sweater. The individual then fled the location on foot traveling southbound on Grant Avenue.

On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at approximately 1355 hours, an unidentified individual entered a residential building located in the vicinity of West 130 Street and Lenox Avenue.  Once inside the building, the individual began to remove packages from the lobby. A 48-year-old female victim who resides in the building confronted the individual and a physical altercation ensued. The individual pushed the victim to the ground and then fled the location on foot, with the packages, traveling westbound on 130 Street.

On Monday, October 6, 2025, at approximately 2035 hours, in the vicinity of 640 Stanley Avenue, a 24-year-old male victim was approached by three unidentified individuals. Each unidentified individual displayed a firearm and fired multiple rounds at a 24-year-old male victim, striking him about the body.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, at approximately 0024 hours, in the vicinity of Macon Street and Malcom X Boulevard, a 32-year-old male victim was leaving work when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual simulated a firearm while making verbal threats and demanding money. The victim complied and handed the unidentified individual his wallet who removed approximately $100 before fleeing the location on foot traveling westbound on Macon Street.

On Monday, October 20, 2025, at approximately 1610 hours, in the vicinity of Union Avenue and Freeman Street, a 54-year-old male was approached by an unidentified individual who forcibly removed $100 USC.  The victim resisted, and the individuals proceeded to slash her in the face, back and leg.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 2007 hours, inside of 299 Utica Avenue, a 30-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified male. The unidentified male slashed the victim in the left hand with a cutting instrument and then fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at approximately 1835 hours, the victim, a 21-year-old female, was asleep onboard a northbound E train approaching the Forest Hills-71 Avenue station when she woke up to an unidentified male individual squeezing her buttocks. The unidentified individual exited the train at the Forest Hills-71 Avenue station and traveled to parts unknown. The victim remained on the train and continued traveling northbound.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, at approximately 1700 hours, an unidentified individual and a 25-year-old female victim did arrange through Facebook Marketplace to meet up in the vicinity of east 66 Street and Lexington Avenue to purchase an Apple Watch. During the sale transaction, the victim handed the watch to the individual which he refused to return it. A physical altercation ensued, and the victim was able to retrieve the watch from the individual's hand.

On Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 1720 hours, at the intersection of White Plains Road and East 227 Street, a 29-year-old male victim was approached by a group of unidentified individuals who engaged with the victim in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individuals punched the victim in the face multiple times and removed the victim’s cellphone, wallet, and headphones.

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at approximately 1725 hours, on a northbound “2” train approaching the Pelham Parkway subway station, a 42-year-old female victim was engaged in a verbal dispute with an unidentified individual. The individual struck the victim in the head numerous times with a cellphone causing a laceration.

On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at approximately 2315 hours inside 851 Melrose Avenue, a 22-year-old male sustained a gunshot wound in the left shoulder and right bicep and a 25-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the chest by an unidentified individual. The unidentified individual produced a firearm and discharged numerous rounds, striking both victims. The unidentified individual then fled the location on foot, traveling southbound on Melrose Avenue to parts unknown.

On Saturday, November 15, 2025, at approximately 1830 hours, an 18-year-old male victim was in the vicinity of 85th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway, when he was approached by two unidentified individuals. The individuals threatened the victim, demanded property and simulated a firearm. Both individuals fled the location on foot with the victim's jacket, traveling eastbound on 85th Street.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, approximately 0750 hours, in the vicinity of Keap Street and Union Ave, a 13-year-old female victim was on-board a Brooklyn bound G train when she was approached by an unknown individual. The individual then grabbed the victim’s throat and began applying pressure causing the victim to have difficulty breathing. The individual then fled the train car to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 1305 hours, in the vicinity of Richmond Avenue and Wilson Avenue, a 42-year-old male victim was at his residence when he heard a knock at the door. As he opened the door, two individuals forced their way inside and demanded that the victim surrender money. One of the individuals struck the victim in the head with a blunt object. The individuals removed approximately $500 and a set of keys from the residence before fleeing. The first sought individual remained in the vehicle, acting as a getaway driver, as one of the identified individuals fled the location in a 2001 GMC Denali with New York license plate #LXS4877, traveling southbound on Richmond Avenue. The second unidentified individual fled the location on foot, traveling northbound on Richmond Avenue to parts unknown.

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 2250 hours, at the intersection of Canal Street and Bay Street, a 29-year-old female victim was approached and surrounded by three unidentified individuals. One of the individuals displayed a knife and demanded currency. The individuals removed the victim’s backpack containing approximately $900, headphones, a New York State ID, a passport, and a debit card. The individuals then fled on foot, traveling northbound on Front Street.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 0456 hours, a 27-year-old-male victim was sitting in his parked vehicle in front of 232 West 11 Street. Two unidentified individuals approached and forced him out of his Honda CRV. A third unidentified individual then approached and displayed a machete. Two of the individuals fled in the victim's vehicle, traveling westbound on 11 Street.

On Monday, September 29, 2025, at approximately 0150 hours, inside 122 Fulton Street, a 37-year-old male employee was approached by two unidentified individuals. One individual demanded currency, and the second individual displayed a firearm. The victim complied and handed over approximately $500 from the cash register. Both individuals fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on Fulton Street then into the Fulton Street Subway Station to parts unknown

On Friday, November 21, 2025, at approximately 1500 hours, in front of 917 East 169 Street, a 17-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual, and a verbal dispute ensued. The individual then displayed and discharged a firearm, striking the victim about the body.

On Wednesday November 12, 2025, at approximately 1310 hours, an unidentified individual entered a commercial establishment located at 700 Exterior Street, removed merchandise, and began to flee the location. A 40-year-old male employee approached the individual and demanded the merchandise. The individual then displayed a knife and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Saturday, November 24, 2018, at approximately 2142 hours, police responded to a call of an assault at 760 Grand Concourse, Apartment 1F, within the confines of the 44 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a 45-year-old female lying unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot to her face inside the apartment. The vehicle pictured was last seen traveling northbound on Sheridan Avenue from East 161 Street. It is described as follows: BMW 3 Series four door sedan with black rims.
