On Saturday, June 21, 2025, at approximately 1738 hours, a 35-year-old female victim was standing on the southbound "A" train platform at the West 4 Street subway station when an unidentified individual approached her and grabbed her buttocks. The unidentified individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 0130 hours, a 32-year-old female victim was walking through the turnstile of the JKF-Howard Beach subway station located at 159 Avenue and Coleman Square in the confines of 106 Precinct/Transit District 20. As she was about to exit the station, an unidentified individual approached her and grabbed her buttocks and private area over her clothing. The unidentified individual then exited the station and fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at approximately 0735 hours, in front of 33-37 97 Street, an unidentified male followed a 13-year-old female victim and offered her money in an attempt to lure her into performing a sexual act.

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, at approximately 1710 hours, at the intersection of Glenwood Road and East 81 Street, two unidentified individuals approached an unidentified male victim from behind and discharged firearms multiple times at him.

On Monday, June 23, 2025, at approximately 2045 hours, in front of 111-05 66 Avenue, an unidentified individual discharged a pellet gun, striking a 35-year-old male victim about the body. The unidentified individual fled in a vehicle to parts unknown.

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, at approximately 2000 hours, at the southeast corner of Cannon Place and Orloff Avenue, a 62-year-old female victim was approached by two unidentified individuals. One of the unidentified individuals approached the victim from behind and removed her chain off of her neck. Both individuals fled westbound on West 238 Street on the moped.

On Sunday, June 1, 2025, at approximately 0005 hours, in front of 288 West 238 Street, a 43-year-old male was delivering food on a moped, when he was approached by three unidentified individuals. One of the individuals displayed a firearm and struck the victim on his helmet while the other two individuals attempted to forcibly remove the victim's keys from his person but were unsuccessful. The three individuals then fled on foot, northbound on Corlear Avenue to parts unknown.

On Monday, June 23, 2025, at approximately 1130 hours, in front of 3320 Boston Road, an unidentified individual discharged a firearm striking a 41-year-old male victim in the torso.

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, at approximately 1740 hours, a 17-year-old female was aboard a northbound '3' train approaching the 135th Street and Lenox Avenue train station when an unidentified individual performed a lewd act.  The unidentified individual fled from the northbound '3' train at the 145th Street Station.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 0100 hours, a 30-year-old female and an unidentified individual exited a southbound 'L' train at the 6 Avenue subway station.  While waiting in the mezzanine for another train, the unidentified individual attempted to engage in conversation, but the female declined.  The unidentified individual then attempted to kiss the female's feet and performed a lewd act in front of her. 

On Saturday, June 7, 2025, at approximately 0353 hours, a 32-year-old male victim and an unidentified individual engaged in a verbal dispute in front of 105-02 34 Avenue. The individual struck the victim in the face with a sharp object multiple times, causing lacerations. The individual then fled on foot, traveling eastbound on 34 Avenue.

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, at approximately 1526 hours, two 16-year-old male victims were waiting at mezzanine area of the 59 Street Station to sell clothing when three unidentified individuals approached and demanded their property. The sought individual then punched one victim multiple times in the face and forcibly removed multiple hooded sweatshirts. Another individual removed a pair of sneakers from the other victim. Two of the individuals then fled the location on a northbound R train while the sought individual exited the station and fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Friday, June 13, 2025, at approximately 1255 hours, a 58-year-old male victim was at West 181 Street and Fort Washington Avenue when an unidentified individual approached and started a verbal dispute. The individual then displayed a knife and slashed the victim in the chest. The individual fled the location on foot, traveling southbound on Fort Washington Avenue.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 1639 hours, in the vicinity of Beach 51 Street and Beach Channel Drive, an unidentified individual shot a 16-year-old male victim one time in the right leg. The unidentified individual fled the location on a push scooter to parts unknown.

On Saturday, May 3, 2025, at approximately 1910 hours, an unidentified individual approached a 13-year-old male victim on an MTA bus at the northeast corner of West Street and Castleton Avenue. The individual punched the victim in the face and removed his backpack.

On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at approximately 1745 hours, two unidentified individuals and a 15-year-old male victim did arrange through Facebook Marketplace to meet up in the vicinity of Avenue A and East 3rd Street to purchase a pair of jeans. During the sale transaction, the individuals did forcibly remove the victim's cash while the first sought individual simulated a weapon from inside his jacket. The individuals then fled on foot with the jeans and approximately $475.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at approximately 1330 hours, a 46-year-old female was walking in front of 5821 8 Avenue when she was approached by four unidentified individuals. The individuals surrounded the victim and snatched her purse before fleeing the location, on foot, southbound on 59 Street. One individual dropped the purse, and the victim was able to recover all of her belongings.

On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at approximately 1300 hours, a 65-year-old male victim was inside of 738 East Tremont Avenue when an unidentified individual approached him from behind and snatched three necklaces from his neck. When the victim attempted to retrieve his property, a physical altercation ensued, and the unidentified individual punched the victim multiple times in the face. The individual then fled the location with a portion of a necklace and a pendant valued at approximately $4,000.

On Friday, May 9, 2025, at approximately 1645 hours, a 52-year-old female was inside 2861 Bainbridge Avenue when an unidentified individual approached her from behind. When the victim was entering her residence, the unidentified individual pushed her from behind into the apartment and began punching and kicking the victim multiple times and demanded money. The individual removed approximately $40 from the victim and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Thursday, June 12, 2025, at approximately 1915 hours, a 30-year-old male victim was inside the mezzanine of the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, when an unidentified individual approached and started a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual and the victim exited the station onto the street where the unidentified individual then displayed a knife and slashed the victim multiple times about the body, causing multiple lacerations. The individual fled the location on foot, traveling in an unknown direction to parts unknown.
