On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at approximately 1206 hours, a 27-year-old female victim was onboard a southbound '2' train at Clark Street subway station, when an unidentified individual approached her and performed a lewd act.

On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at approximately 1750 hours, the 29-year-old male victim was inside the lobby of 1400 Bergen Street when an unidentified male individual approached him, displayed a silver firearm and discharged multiple rounds, striking the victim in the left leg.

On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at approximately 1945 hours, at the 42 Street-Grand Central Station, an on-duty 55-year-old male MTA employee was looking out of the conductors' window while onboard a stopped northbound “5” train when an unidentified male individual punched the victim in the face. The unidentified male fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.

On Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 0440 hours, at the Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue subway station, an unidentified individual approached a 39-year-old male victim and pushed him onto the southbound E train tracks.

On Friday, May 2, 2025, at approximately 1450 hours, a 15-year-old male was approached by three unidentified individuals as he was walking in front of 10 Union Square. One of the unidentified individuals displayed a knife and demanded the victim's backpack. The unidentified individuals fled the location with the victim's backpack, two individuals on foot and one individual on a scooter traveling westbound on 14th Street to parts unknown.

On Monday, April 28, 2025, at approximately 1438 hours, a 24-year-old male victim was in front of 1740 Lafayette Avenue when two unidentified individuals approached him on foot. One of the individuals displayed a firearm while the other individual removed his property. The unidentified individuals fled the location on foot, traveling northbound on Rosedale Avenue.

On Monday, May 5, 2025, at approximately 1620 hours, in front of 204 Varick Street, a 36-year-old male victim was taking pictures when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual approached and engaged in a verbal dispute. The individual then struck the victim with a closed fist in the shoulder and displayed a pair of scissors. The victim then sustained a stab wound to the back. The individual fled the location on foot, traveling southbound on Varick Street and entered the Houston Street subway station.

On Monday, May 19, 2025, at approximately 1200 hours, in the vicinity of 211 Street and White Plains Road, an 89-year-old female victim was waiting for an MTA Bus when a dispute ensued between her and an unidentified individual. The individual slapped the victim in the face as another unidentified individual pushed her. The victim fell and sustain serious physical injuries about the body.

On Friday, May 2, 2025, at approximately 1100 hours, a 79-year-old female was walking in the vicinity of West 138 Street and Broadway when two unidentified individuals approached her and engaged in a conversation. The unidentified individuals presented the victim with an alleged lottery ticket and convinced her they'd share the earnings. The victim agreed, and the individuals then threatened to assault the victim and take them to her residence. Upon arrival, ?the individuals removed jewelry and cash valued at approximately $27,500. The individuals fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on West 137 Street to parts unknown.

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 0420 hours, in the vicinity of 81 Street and Northern Boulevard, a 29-year-old male was approached by two unidentified individuals. The first individual approached the victim from behind and placed his arm around his neck, while the second individual proceeded to strike him about the body. When the victim lost consciousness, both of the individuals proceeded to strike him about the body. The individuals then fled in a gray 2017 Ford Mustang, heading towards parts unknown.

On Monday, May 12, 2025, at approximately 0205 hours, a 31-year-old male victim was approached by two unidentified individuals in front of 351 East 152 Street. One of the individuals displayed a knife and slashed the victim in the torso while the other individual forcefully removed the victim's phone, wallet and sneakers. The individuals fled the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown.

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, at approximately 2226 hours, in front of 1240 Morrison Avenue, an unknown individual approached a 56-year-old male victim from behind. The unidentified individual displayed a sharp object and stabbed the victim about the body. The individual then fled northbound on foot towards 172 Street to parts unknown.

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, at approximately 2212 hours, a 79-year-old male victim was inside of a commercial establishment at 59 West 44 Street, when an unidentified individual approached the victim and engaged in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual then pushed the 79-year-old male into a chair causing him to sustain a shoulder injury.

On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at approximately 1610 hours, a 29-year-old male victim was in his vehicle at the intersection of Story Avenue and Havemeyer Avenue when an unidentified individual approached him on foot. The individual then displayed a firearm and demanded the victim's property. The individual removed the victim's wallet and fled the location in a dark colored Mercedes-Benz sedan westbound on Story Avenue to parts unknown.

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 0539 hours, at the West 183rd Street and Jerome Avenue subway station, an on-duty 35-year-old female MTA employee was punched in the face while onboard a southbound “4” train. The unidentified individual then fled the location in an unknown direction.

On Friday, May 2, 2025, at approximately 0740 hours, a 68-year-old female was parked in her vehicle, opposite of 3290 Webster Avenue, when she was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual threw a rock and broke the driver side window, then opened the car door and removed her purse. A physical altercation ensued, and the victim was able to retrieve her purse. No property was removed, and the individual fled the location on foot, traveling northbound on Webster Avenue.

On Monday, May 19, 2025, at approximately 1753 hours, a 29-year-old male victim was on the “L” train platform inside of the Union Square subway station. An unidentified individual approached the victim from behind and grabbed his buttocks. The individual detrained at the 3 Avenue subway station to parts unknown.

On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at approximately 1200 hours, an unidentified individual approached a 72-year-old male victim in front of 660 West 42 Street and engaged in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual then punched the victim in the face, causing the victim to fall to the ground and sustain substantial pain, bleeding, and a fracture to his nose. The unidentified individual fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Friday, May 16, 2025, at approximately 1227 hours, a 47-year-old male victim was on a northbound 5 train approaching the Grand Central-42 Street Station when an unidentified male individual started a verbal dispute. An unidentified female individual removed the victim's cellphone, valued at approximately $1,000, as she was exiting the train. When the victim attempted to retrieve his phone, the male individual punched him in the face. Both individuals fled the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown.
