TINGLE (PICTURED ABOVE) WAS SHOT BY AN UNKNOWN PERSON CAUSING
HIS DEMISE.

ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2019 AT APPROXIMATELY 1:00 AM, IN FRONT OF 1402 FLATBUSH AVENUE IN THE CONFINES OF THE 70 PRECINCT IN BROOKLYN, THE
PERPETRATOR (PICTURED ABOVE) DAMAGED THE WINDOW OF A MALE VICTIM'S VEHICLE, AND REMOVED PROPERTY ALONG WITH CREDIT CARDS. THE VICTIM'S CREDIT CARDS WERE USED TO MAKE UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES.

On Monday, March 18, 2019 at approximately 1:20 A.M., opposite 34-00 Review Avenue in the confines of the 108 Precinct in Queens, the male perpetrators pictured above jumped on a male, slashed and stabbed the male in the head several times and took his cellphone, backpack and wallet.

On Sunday, March 17, 2019 at approximately 8:10 A.M., inside 361 East 204th Street in the confines of the 52 Precinct in the Bronx, the male perpetrator pictured above took a male's gold bracelet from his hand causing the male to suffer a laceration to his hand.

Grand Larceny
On Friday, March 1, 2019 at approximately 3:50 A.M., inside Storage Post facility located at 301 West Fordham Road in the confines of the 52 Precinct in the Bronx, the perpetrator pictured above took two Yamaha 350 four wheelers and placed them into a U Haul cargo trailer.

Homicide
On Saturday, April 21, 2018 at approximately 5:30 A.M., at 946 Bronx Park South in the confines of the 48 Precinct in the Bronx, Edward Evans (pictured above) forced his way into the victim's apartment, assaulted a female victim and killed 53 year old Abraham Caraballo.

On Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at approximately 9:10 P.M., aboard a Q44 bus at the corner of Sutphin Boulevard and Jamaica Avenue in the confines of the 103 Precinct in Queens, the male Hispanic perpetrator pictured above forcibly grabbed a female's buttocks.

Homicide
On Sunday, December 16, 2018 at approximately 12:00 P.M., inside Bayswater State Park in the confines of the 101 Precinct in Queens, 23 year old Ian Cruz (pictured above) was killed by an unknown perpetrator.

Robbery
On Saturday, February 23, 2019 at approximately 3:15 P.M., at Bartow Avenue and Co Op City Boulevard in the confines of the 45 Precinct in the Bronx, the two male perpetrators pictured above displayed a silver knife and took a male's headphones from his head. These perpetrators are wanted in connection with other similar incidents.

Grand Larceny
On Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at approximately 9:47 P.M., in front of 720 Gravesend Road in the confines of the 61 Precinct in Brooklyn, the perpetrators pictured above took credit cards from the victim's vehicle and used the victim's credit card to make fraudulent charges.

On Saturday, March 23, 2019 at approximately 5:44 A.M., inside 65 Tompkins Avenue in the confines of the 79 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male black perpetrator pictured above shot a male causing physical injuries.

On Monday, March 25, 2019 at approximately 3:50 P.M., at East 142nd Street and Jackson Avenue in the confines of the 40 Precinct in the Bronx, 25 year old Ermiluis Pichardo (pictured above) got into a verbal dispute with a male and shot the male numerous times causing physical injuries.

Burglary Pattern
On Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at approximately 2:51 P.M., at a Synagogue located at 469 Bedford Avenue in the confines of the 90 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male perpetrator pictured above unlawfully entered, broke open a wall safe and took property. This perpetrator is also wanted in connection with other burglaries in the 90 Precinct.

On Friday, March 8, 2019 at approximately 4:10 A.M., at 52-25 Barnett Avenue in the confines of the 108 Precinct in Queens, the perpetrator pictured above unlawfully entered the building by putting a hole in the wall and attempted to take property. This perpetrator is wanted in connection with other similar incidents.

On Sunday, March 10, 2019 at approximately 4:10 A.M., on Rockaway Avenue and Blake Avenue in the confines of the 73 Precinct in Brooklyn, the perpetrator pictured above punched a female in the face, threw her to the ground and took her cellphone and wallet.

On Thursday, March 14, 2019 at approximately 9:24 A.M., at Flushing Savings Bank located at 7102 3rd Avenue in the confines of the 68 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male perpetrator pictured above passed the bank teller a note demanding money.

ON SUNDAY, MARCH 17, 2019 AT APPROXIMATELY 10:10 P.M., IN FRONT OF
501 7 AVENUE IN THE CONFINES OF THE MIDTOWN SOUTH PRECINCT IN
MANHATTAN, THE PERPETRATORS (PICTURED ABOVE) ASSAULTED THE
VICTIM AND REMOVED HIS PROPERTY.

ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2019 AT APPROXIMATELY 2:30 A.M., ON THE
CORNER OF WAVERLY PLACE AND MERCER STREET IN THE CONFINES OF
THE 6 PRECINCT IN MANHATTAN, THE PERPETRATORS (PICTURED ABOVE)
ASSAULTED A 20 YEAR OLD MALE, STRIKING HIM SEVERAL TIMES CAUSING
THE MALE TO SUSTAIN SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES.

ON TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2019 AT APPROXIMATELY 9:00 P.M., AT THE
BEVERLY ROAD SUBWAY STATION ON THE NUMBER 2 AND 5 LINES IN
CONFINES OF TRANSIT DISTRICT 32 IN THE 67 PRECINCT IN THE CONFINES OF
BROOKLYN, THE PERPETRATOR (PICTURED ABOVE) REMOVED PROPERTY
FROM A 14 YEAR OLD VICTIM.

On Saturday, March 23, 2019 At approximately 10:20 P.M., inside of 3907 Shore Parkway (The UA Movie Theater) in the confines of the 61 Precinct in Brooklyn, The perpetrator pictured above took the victim's cellphone from the food counter and left the location.
