On Sunday, December 21, 2025, at approximately 1950 hours, a 33-year-old female victim was onboard a northbound "6" train approaching the East 149 Street subway station, when an unidentified individual snatched the victim's cell phone from her hand. The individual then exited the train and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Thursday, January 15, 2026, at approximately 0124 hours, a 37-year-old male victim, an on-duty MTA employee, was inside the conductor’s cabin while the A train was entering Beach 25 Street station when an unidentified individual punched the victim in the face. The individual fled on foot on the northbound platform to parts unknown.

On Friday, December 5, 2025, at approximately 2130 hours, an unidentified individual entered a commercial establishment located at 60 Metropolitan Oval and was involved in a verbal dispute with the store employees. The unidentified individual proceeded to throw chairs and a table at the employees, striking a 29-year-old male, causing a hand injury.

On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at approximately 1900 hours, a 16-year-old female victim was at a bus stop waiting for the "BX3" in front of 1522 University Avenue. An unidentified individual approached the victim from behind and began to perform a lewd act.

On Saturday, January 10, 2026, at approximately 0826 hours, an unidentified individual entered a commercial establishment located at 87-18 Rockaway Beach Boulevard and engaged in a verbal dispute with a 36-year-old male victim. The dispute became physical, and the unidentified individual then began to punch and kick the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. The unidentified individual then removed the victim's wallet from his hand and fled the location on foot traveling eastbound on Rockaway Beach Boulevard to parts unknown.

On Monday, January 12, 2026, at approximately 2229 hours, at East 149 Street and Union Avenue, an unidentified individual approached a 27-year-old male victim from behind and slashed him in the nose with a sharp object.

On Friday, December 26, 2025, at approximately 0515 hours, in the vicinity of Britton Street and Barker Avenue, two unidentified individuals entered a for-hire livery vehicle, operated by a 65-year-old male victim. Once inside, the two unknown individuals placed an unknown object against the driver’s neck and forcibly removed his credit cards and approximately $125 dollars.

On Saturday, January 10, 2026, at approximately 1950 hours, a 28-year-old male victim was on a southbound 6 train approaching the 23 Street Station, when an unidentified individual engaged him in a verbal dispute. The individual became irate and made anti-LGBTQIA+ statements. The individual then struck the victim with a sharp object causing a laceration to his right face.

On Friday, January 9, 2026, at approximately 2305 hours, the victim, a 35-year-old male was exiting the Grand Street and Christie Street subway station (B/D line), when an unidentified male individual approached him from behind, displayed a firearm and demanded his property. The victim complied and handed over his watch, necklace, and bracelet. The unidentified male individual then fled on foot to parts unknown with the property which was valued at approximately $2,400.

On Thursday, January 1, 2026, approximately 1255 hours, an unidentified individual entered Body Work, located at 307 West 125 Street. The individual removed a bag belonging to a 73-year-old female victim and attempted to leave the establishment. The victim confronted the individual, and after a brief struggle, the individual fled in a unknown direction.

On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at approximately 2150 hours, a 65-year-old female was on the southbound 6 train platform at the Bleecker Street Station located at Broadway and East Houston Street. An unidentified individual approached the victim from behind and grabbed her buttocks.

On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at approximately 2225 hours, a 24-year-old female victim was walking in the vicinity of 62 Avenue and Saunders Street when she was approached by an unidentified individual from behind. The individual displayed a firearm and demanded the victim's property. The individual then searched the victim's pockets, removed money, pulled her hair, and kicked her.

On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 0250 hours, four unidentified individuals entered a commercial establishment located at 217-87 Hempstead Avenue. Upon entering the location, the unidentified individuals punched a 56-year-old female victim in the face and forcibly removed approximately $1400 dollars. The individuals then fled the location on foot, traveling westbound on Hempstead Avenue to parts unknown.

On Friday, December 26, 2025, at approximately 1555 hours, a 35-year-old male and an unidentified individual were involved in a verbal dispute inside a commercial establishment located at 230 East 174 Street. After the 35-year-old male exited the commercial establishment, the unidentified individual chased him and slashed him in the face with a sword. The individual then fled the location on foot, traveling westbound on East 174 Street.

On Sunday, December 7, 2025, at approximately 0314 hours, in the vicinity of Sedgwick Avenue and Washington Bridge, three unidentified individuals approached a 32-year-old male victim. One individual displayed a firearm while the two other individuals removed the victim's cell phone, approximately $2,000, jewelry and a wallet. The value of the stolen property is estimated at $34,500. The three individuals fled the location in a blue BMW, traveling southbound on Sedgwick Avenue to parts unknown.

On Sunday, January 4, 2026, at approximately 1650 hours, in the vicinity of Van Sinderen Avenue and Livonia Avenue (Livonia Avenue Subway Station), a 17-year-old male was approached by three unidentified individuals on the mezzanine and attempted to forcibly remove the victim’s hooded sweatshirt. The victim resisted, at which point the individuals punched him, and one individual (Individual # 2) stabbed the victim in the leg.

On Monday, January 5, 2026, at approximately 0600 hours, in front of 184 5th Avenue, an unidentified individual punched a 66-year-old male in the face. The individual fled the location on foot eastbound on 22 Street.

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at approximately 2325 hours, inside 103-19 101 Avenue, a 51-year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual made verbal threats and demanded money and removed approximately $430 from the cash register.

On Friday, December 12, 2025, at approximately 1208 hours, an unidentified individual entered a commercial establishment located at 40 Saint Nicholas Avenue and approached two store employees, a 27-year-old male and 21-year-old male. The individual displayed a knife and attempted to go behind the counter. The individual then removed food from counter before fleeing the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at approximately 2023 hours, in front of 1114 St Johns Place, a 36-year-old male victim and an unidentified individual engaged in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual displayed a knife and stabbed the victim in the right leg, causing a laceration.
