PICTURED ABOVE APPROACHED A 18 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND REMOVED HER
BEATS HEADPHONES.

ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 4:20 A.M., IN FRONT OF 2026
WESTCHESTER AVENUE IN THE CONFINES OF THE 43 PRECINCT IN THE BRONX, THE
ABOVE PICTURED PERPETRATOR, KEITH CLARKSON, STABBED TWO VICTIMS, RESULTING
IN THE DEATH OF ONE VICTIM, AND CAUSING A SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY TO THE OTHER.

On Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at approximately 5:25 P.M., inside of 3052 West 21 Street (Kitchen 12 Restaurant) in the confines of the 60 Precinct in Brooklyn, the above perpetrator did attempt to take personal property from victims and leave location without permission or authority.

ON THURSDAY, JUNE 28, 2018, AT APPROXIMATELY 10:00 P.M., ON THE UPTOWN 6 TRAIN IN THE CONFINES OF THE 28 PRECINCT IN MANHATTAN, THE VICTIM, AN AFRICAN MALE, WAS RIDING NORTHBOUND ON THE 6 TRAIN TOWARDS
125 STREET WHEN THE PERPETRATOR APPROACHED HIM AND STATED "WHY YOU AFRICANS ALWAYS TAKING THE
TRAIN?" THE VICTIM AND THE PERPETRATOR THEN GOT OFF THE TRAIN AT THE 125 STREET AND LEXINGTON AVENUE STATION. ON THE PLATFORM, THE PERPETRATOR ATTACKED THE VICTIM, STABBING HIM IN THE MOUTH WITH A PEN
CAUSING PHYSICAL INJURY. THE PERPETRATOR THEN THREW THE VICTIM'S BACKPACK ON THE TRAIN TRACKS, TOOK
THE VICTIM'S CELL PHONE FROM HIS POSSESSION, AND FLED THE STATION IN AN UNKNOWN DIRECTION.
