On Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 0324 hours, in front of 2514 Barnes Avenue, a 38-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual used a brick to strike the victim multiple times and removed his wallet from his pants pocket containing approximately $300.  The individual fled the location on foot, traveling northbound on Barnes Avenue to parts unknown.

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, at approximately 0053 hours, in front of 2163 Tilden Avenue, a 40-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified male individual. The unidentified male initiated a verbal dispute with the victim and then displayed a knife. He then stabbed the victim in the right leg and slashed him on the right arm. The unidentified individual fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at approximately 2115 hours, the victim, a 64-year-old male was onboard a southbound "L" train at the Wilson Avenue station when three unidentified male individuals approached the victim. One of the male individuals brandished a large knife while another male individual forcibly removed the victim's chain from around his neck.  The male individuals then fled on foot on the southbound platform to parts unknown.

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, at approximately 2117 hours, a 47-year-old male, on-duty MTA conductor was on a northbound 6 train at the 3 Avenue-138 Street Station. An unidentified individual approached and wanted the train doors to be opened. The individual then punched the victim in the face and exited the station on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.

On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at approximately 1835 hours, an unidentified individual discharged a firearm one time in the rear of 1282 Southern Boulevard. The individual then fled the location to parts unknown.

On Friday, May 8, 2026, at approximately 1900 hours, a 26-year-old female victim was walking inside Prospect Park when an unidentified individual approached her from behind. The individual wrapped his arms around her and attempted to sexually assault her while exposing himself. The victim was able to separate from the individual and the individual then fled the location on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.

On Saturday, April 11, 2026, at approximately 2032 hours, a 67-year-old male MTA employee was on-duty and operating a Q56 bus traveling westbound within the vicinity of Jamaica Avenue and Cypress Hills Street when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual engaged the victim in a verbal dispute and proceeded to punch him multiple times in the face.

On Monday, May 11, 2026, at approximately 0150 hours, at the 96 Street subway station, a 57-year-old male victim was aboard a northbound '2' train when he was approached by an unidentified individual who engaged him in a verbal dispute. The individual displayed a sharp instrument and stabbed the victim multiple times to the abdomen.

On Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 0050 hours, a 35-year-old male had a verbal dispute with an unidentified individual at the 49 Street subway station. The individual then displayed a boxcutter and slashed the victim in the neck. The individual exited the station and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

On Sunday, May 10, 2026, at approximately 1950 hours, in the vicinity of Guerlain Street and White Plains Road, a 61-year-old male victim was involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified male individual. The unidentified individual displayed a knife and stabbed the victim in the abdomen. The unidentified individual then fled on a motorized scooter westbound on Union Port Road to parts unknown.

On Monday, May 11, 2026, at approximately 1826 hours, inside of the Bush-Clinton Park in the Red Hook Recreation Area, an unidentified male approached a 5-year-old female victim, a 7-year-old male victim, and a 12-year-old male victim. The individual knocked both the 12-year-old male and 5-year-old female to the ground and then placed his hands around the neck of the 7-year-old male while applying pressure, causing bruising and pain.

On Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 2105 hours, in front of 268 East 198 Street, a 32-year-old male victim was involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified male individual. The unidentified male individual then discharged a firearm striking the victim in the chest. The unidentified individual then fled southbound on Briggs Avenue to parts unknown.

On Sunday, May 17, 2026, at approximately 1535 hours, inside of a residential building located on Old Broadway between West 131 Street and West 133 Street, a 24-year-old male and a 21-year-old male victim were in their apartment when three unidentified individuals knocked on their door. As the victims opened the door, the three unidentified individuals displayed a firearm and forced their way inside. Once inside, the individuals removed bottles of promethazine.

On Thursday, May 7, 2026, at approximately 0745 hours, a 53-year-old female victim was attempting to enter a booth at 155 Street Subway Station Mezzanine when she was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual engaged the victim in a verbal dispute and slapped the victim's hand causing her cellphone to fall on the ground. The individual picked up the cellphone and fled the train station on foot to parts unknown.

On Sunday, April 26, 2026, at approximately 1837 hours, in front of 1720 Crotona Avenue, a 40-year-old male victim was approached from behind by two unidentified individuals on a moped. One of the unidentified individuals displayed a firearm and demanded property. The individuals were unable to remove the victim's property and fled the location on the moped to parts unknown.

On Friday, May 1, 2026, at approximately 0143 hours, a 39-year-old male victim was walking in the vicinity of West 64 Street and Central Part West when he was approached by three unidentified individuals. One of the individuals grabbed the victim's arm, pulled up his sleeve, and demanded to see the victim's watch. The victim managed to pull his arm away and the individuals were not able to take his property.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at approximately 0900 hours, in the vicinity of East 170 Street and Jerome Avenue, a 36-year-old male victim was approached by two unidentified individuals. The individuals punched and kicked the victim in the face and body, forcibly removed his backpack containing two Samsung cellphones. The individuals then fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at approximately 1425 hours, in the vicinity of Lorillard Place and East 188 Street, an unidentified individual struck a 48-year-old male victim in the head with a blunt object following a verbal dispute. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

On Saturday, March 7, 2026, at approximately 0439 hours, a 31-year-old male was sitting in his vehicle in front of 932 60 Street. Two unidentified individuals approached and a verbal dispute ensued. One of the individuals then punched him in the face while the sought individual removed two bags from the backseat. The bags contained electronics and other property valued at approximately $3,000. The individuals fled the location on foot, traveling southbound on 60 Street.

On Monday, May 11, 2026, at approximately 2320 hours, inside a residential building located in the vicinity of Waring Avenue and Bronxwood Avenue, an 18-year-old male victim arranged to meet with two unidentified individuals who were going to purchase clothing from the victim. During the transaction, the individuals began to punch and kick the victim about the body and one of the individuals displayed a firearm. The individuals then removed the victim's bag containing various clothing items, jewelry, headphones, and a phone. The individuals fled the location on foot traveling to parts unknown. The total value of the items removed is $5,980.
