On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at approximately 1150 hours, inside the Canal Street Subway Station on the “N” mezzanine, an unidentified individual struck a 30-year-old female in the face with a plastic cup after a verbal dispute.

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at approximately 1026 hours, a 32-year-old male was inside 4 East 117 Street making a food delivery, when he was approached by two unidentified individuals. Individual # 2 displayed a knife at the victim, while individual # 1 punched the victim about the body and placed him a chokehold before forcibly removing $250, a cell phone, and a bookbag.

On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at approximately 1534 hours, a 57-year-old female was heading home in the vicinity of East 120 Street and Pleasant Avenue when an unidentified individual forcibly removed her necklace and Apple Watch. The unidentified individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at approximately 2300 hours, a 41-year-old male victim was in front of 1602 Westchester Avenue when an unidentified individual approached him from behind and snatched his wallet from his hands.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at approximately 1125 hours, the victim, an 18-year-old female was walking in front of 310 East 15th Street, when an unidentified male individual approached the victim from behind, grabbed her by the shoulders and pressed his hips/genitals on her buttocks over the clothing. The unidentified male individual then fled on foot eastbound to East 15th Street towards 1st Avenue to parts unknown.

On Friday, August 15, 2025, at approximately 1322 hours, police responded to a 911 call for an assault in progress in front of 306 West 128 Street, within the confines of the 32 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a 51-year-old male with multiple stab wounds about the body.

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at approximately 0152 hours, at the Westchester Avenue and Elder Avenue subway station on a northbound “6” platform three unidentified individuals approached an unidentified adult male who was involved in a verbal dispute. During the encounter, one of the individuals punched the male in the face. As a result of the blow, the victim fell, came into contact with a passing train, and subsequently fell onto the train tracks.

On Monday, October 20, 2025, at approximately 0904 hours, an unidentified individual entered the 34 Street-Penn Station Subway station on the southbound platform of the "1" train and left a female infant unattended and wrapped in a blanket. The individual then exited the subway station and fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Sunday, October 19, 2025, at approximately 0725 at the intersection of East Broadway and Market Street, a 71-year-old female and a 10-year-old male victim were crossing the street when the 10-year-old victim’s skateboard came into contact with an unidentified individual. The individual then engaged both victims in a verbal dispute and punched both victims in the face. The 71-year-old sustained a laceration to the lip and the 10-year-old sustained pain and redness to the face.

On Monday, September 29, 2025, at approximately 1945 hours, a 27-year-old male victim was in front of 1564 Taylor Avenue when seven unidentified individuals approached him from behind and began to punch and kick him about the body. The individuals then removed a cellular phone and a wallet from the victim's front pants pocket. After removing the victims property, the individuals fled on foot, southbound on Taylor Avenue. 

On Monday, October 13, 2025, at approximately 1500 hours, a 24-year-old male victim was standing at the intersection of Saratoga Avenue and Livonia Avenue, when an unidentified individual discharged a firearm, striking the victim in the right thigh.

On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at approximately 1845 hours, a 64-year-old male victim was riding a skateboard in front of 500 East 14 Street when an unidentified female individual engaged him in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual then displayed an unknown object and struck the victim in the back of the head, causing a severe laceration. The unidentified individual fled the location on foot westbound on East 14 Street to parts unknown.

On Sunday, October 12, 2025, at approximately 1805 hours, a 17-year-old male was sitting on the southbound "B/D" train platform at the Kingsbridge Road subway station. An unidentified individual approached and began shouting at the victim. The unidentified individual then punched the victim multiple times in the face and removed the victim's lanyard containing his student identification and OMNY card. The individual fled on foot, exiting the train station, traveling in an unknown direction to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at approximately 1118 hours, a 57-year-old female was approached from behind by an unidentified individual inside the 86 Street subway station. The unidentified individual proceeded to grab her and place a black firearm to her head, demanding the victim's property. The individual exited the train station and fled on a maroon bicycle traveling westbound on West 88 Street.

On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at approximately 1918 hours, a 32-year-old male victim was standing in front of 3573 Nostrand Avenue, when an unidentified individual approached the victim. The unidentified individual discharged a firearm, striking the victim three times.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, at approximately 1427 hours, a 41-year-old female victim was exiting a northbound "C" train at the Franklin Avenue subway station when an unidentified individual approached her from behind. The unidentified individual grabbed her buttocks and private area over her clothing. The unidentified individual then fled the subway station on foot to parts unknown.

On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at approximately 0340 hours, a 49-year-old female victim was walking in the vicinity of 65th Street and Fourth Avenue, when an unidentified male pushed her to the ground and placed his genitals on her thigh. The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Sunday, September 21, 2025, at approximately 0500 hours, a 38-year-old female victim, a 36-year-old male victim and 30-year-old male victim were approached from behind by three unidentified individuals opposite 2165 Jerome Avenue while the unidentified driver remained inside the vehicle. The three unidentified individuals displayed firearms and forcibly pulled chains from around all the victim's necks and also removed a bracelet. The value of the property is approximately $9,350. The unidentified individuals fled the location inside a black BMW bearing NY State license plate "LEN6829", traveling northbound on Jerome Avenue to parts unknown.

On Saturday, September 20, 2025, at approximately 0350 hours, a 41-year-old male was at Mill Pond Park when three unidentified individuals approached, displayed a firearm and demanded his electric scooter. Two of the individuals fled the location on the victim's scooter and were last seen entering the 149 Street-Grand Concourse Station. The third individual fled the location on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.

On Sunday, August 31, 2025, at approximately 0215 hours, an unidentified individual displayed a firearm and discharged multiple rounds at the intersection of West 165 Street and Nelson Avenue. The individual then fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on West 165 Street.
