On Monday, January 19, 2026, at approximately 1817 hours, at the Prospect Avenue subway station, an 18-year-old male victim was standing on the northbound platform of "2" line when he was approached by an unidentified individual. A physical altercation ensued, and the unidentified individual displayed a knife and stabbed the victim about the body several times. The unidentified individual proceeded to approach a 19-year-old male bystander who was calling 911 and attempted to remove the victim's cellphone while punching and kicking the male throughout his face and head. The unidentified individual then fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Monday, January 12, 2026, at approximately 1910 hours, in front of 41-13 12 Street, a 26-year-old male victim was making a food delivery when he was approached by an unidentified individual. The unidentified individual displayed a firearm and forcibly removed the victim’s wallet and two-wheeled vehicle. The individual then fled on the two-wheeled vehicle northbound on 12th Street.

On Tuesday, January 06, 2025, at approximately 1950 hours, in front of 48 Westchester Square, an unidentified individual approached a 55-year-old male from behind and forcibly removed the victim’s cell phone from his hand. As a result, the victim fell to the ground, and the second unidentified individual kicked the victim in the face causing the victim to sustain minor injuries. The two unidentified individuals fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Thursday, January 15, 2026, at approximately 1820 hours, a 24-year-old male victim was onboard a northbound "5" train at the Nereid Avenue/White Plains Road Subway Station, when an unidentified individual approached the victim and engaged in a verbal dispute. A physical altercation ensued and the second unidentified individual slashed the victim in the face with a cutting instrument. The unidentified individuals then fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 0740 hours, in front of 343 Knickerbocker Avenue, an unidentified individual slashed a 52-year-old male victim in the face multiple times.

On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 1500 hours, in the vicinity of 6th Avenue and West 14 Street, a 65-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual on the northbound “L” train platform and was punched in the face after a verbal dispute. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

On Friday, January 2, 2026, at approximately 2136 hours, a 26-year-old male victim was approached from behind by three unidentified individuals in front of 2071 Clove Road. One of the individuals displayed a firearm and struck the victim with it. The victim was also punched and kicked before the subjects forcibly removed a gold chain from the victim's neck. The value of the victim’s property is approximately $15,000. The unidentified individuals fled on foot to parts unknown. The victim sustained a laceration to his head and swelling to his face.

On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at approximately 1500 hours, in front of 1520 Story Avenue, an unidentified individual displayed a firearm and discharged multiple rounds at a moving vehicle. The individual then fled on foot, traveling westbound on Story Avenue.

On Monday, January 5, 2026, at approximately 1738 hours, at the West 4 Street subway station, a 61-year-old male victim was standing in the mezzanine area, when an unidentified individual approached and punched him to the right side of his head. The unidentified individual fled the location on a southbound "A" train, traveling to parts unknown.

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, at approximately 1230 hours, in front of 185 East 123 Street, an unidentified individual discharged a firearm one time. The individual fled southbound on 3rd Avenue to parts unknown.

On Monday, January 19, 2026, at approximately 1500 hours, a 16-year- old male victim was standing in the entrance of the Seneca Avenue subway station, when an unknown male individual engaged him in a verbal dispute. The individual then slashed the victim in the back of the head before fleeing the station on foot to parts unknown.

On Thursday, January 15, 2026, at approximately 1950 hours, a 29-year-old female victim and 32-year-old male were approached from behind by two unidentified individuals in front of 131-11 Fowler Avenue. The individuals attempted to remove a suitcase from the victims but were unsuccessful. The individuals fled the location in a white four-door sedan, traveling westbound on Fowler Avenue.

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, at approximately 1950 hours, four unidentified individuals entered a commercial establishment located at 73-15 Yellowstone Boulevard and approached 46-year-old female. One individual struck the victim in the face with a firearm, and the other individuals removed a safe. The individuals fled in a blue sedan traveling southbound on Yellowstone Boulevard.

On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at approximately 1620 hours, a 33-year-old female victim was inside a commercial establishment located at 1840 Amsterdam Avenue when an unidentified individual approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. The individual then fled the location on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.

On Monday, June 17, 2024, at approximately 2108 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in the vicinity of East 162 Street, within the confines of the 42 Precinct. Upon arrival officers observed an unidentified male with a gunshot wound to the head.

On Friday, January 16, 2026, at approximately 1005 hours, in front of 135-16 Roosevelt Avenue, a 14-year-old male was approached and surrounded by three unidentified individuals. Following a verbal dispute, two of the individuals displayed a knife and demanded the victim's cell phone. One individual made verbal threats and stabbed the victim in the right shoulder. The three unidentified individuals fled the location on foot with the victim's cell phone, traveling westbound on Roosevelt Avenue toward College Point.

On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at approximately 1745 hours, a 17-year-old male was inside his residence in the vicinity of West 180 Street and St. Nicholas Avenue when two unidentified individuals entered his residence without permission. One individual displayed a firearm' and both individuals removed approximately $36,000 and jewelry valued at approximately $20,000. The individuals then fled the location on foot, traveling eastbound on West 180 Street.

On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 1030 hours, a 41-year-old male victim was aboard a northbound "A" train at the Euclid Avenue subway station, when an unidentified individual approached the victim and slashed him on the right shoulder with a knife. The unidentified individual then fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at approximately 1955 hours, an unidentified individual approached a 55-year-old female in front of 1938 Prospect Avenue and pushed her to the floor. The unidentified individual then took the victim's purse and removed approximately $500 dollars from the victim's wallet. The individual then fled the location and was last seen traveling westbound onboard a BX36 bus.

On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at approximately 2240 hours, at the intersection of Martense Avenue and 101 Street, an 18-year-old male victim and a 24-year-old male victim exited a 2025 Hyundai Elantra sedan, when they were approached from behind by two unidentified individuals. One of the individuals engaged the 18-year-old victim in a conversation, slashed the victim on the head with a knife and took his car keys. The second unidentified individual then displayed a knife and slashed the 24-year-old male on the right arm. The unidentified individuals fled the location in the Hyundai, traveling northbound on Martense Avenue.
