ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 5:39 PM, AT EAST 138 STREET AND BROOK AVENUE, NORTHBOUND 6 SUBWAY LINE IN THE CONFINES OF THE 40 PRECINCT IN THE BRONX, THE PERPETRATOR (PICTURED ABOVE) FORCIBLE REMOVED A CELLPHONE FROM A FEMALE VICTIM. THE PERPETRATOR IS
DESCRIBED AS A MALE BLACK, APPROXIMATELY 16-21 YEARS OF AGE, LAST SEEN WEARING A BLACK JACKET, MULTI COLORED SHIRT, DARK COLORED PANTS AND WHITE SNEAKERS.

Shooting:
On Friday, April 28 2017, at approximately 5:10 P.M., 12 year old Isaiah Osborne was the innocent victim of a shooting which occurred within the vicinity of 820 Thieriot Avenue in the confines of the 43 Precinct in the Bronx

Homicide:
On Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at approximately 7:27 P.M., inside Morton Playground by 1821 University Avenue in the confines of the 46 Precinct in the Bronx, an unknown perpetrator shot and killed 21 year old Yunior Manon while he was playing cards on a bench.

Homicide:
ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2018, AT APPROXIMATELY 2:30 AM., IN THE
VICINITY OF CHESTNUT STREET AND GLENMORE AVENUE IN THE CONFINES
OF THE 75 PRECINCT IN BROOKLYN, 52 YEAR OLD FRANKIE OCASIO
WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY AN UNKNOWN

Homicide:
On Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at approximately 9:15 P.M., inside Mount Hope playground located at E 177 Street and Walton Avenue in the confines of the 46 Precinct in the Bronx, Ryan Ginyard was shot and killed by an unknown perpetrator(s).

Robbery
On Sunday, March 17, 2019 at approximately 4:45 P.M., on the corner of 90th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway in the confines of the 68 Precinct in Brooklyn, the male perpetrator pictured above forcibly grabbed an elderly female's purse from her arm causing her to fall to the ground and sustain injuries.

Homicide:
On Friday, January 6, 2017 at approximately 5:55 P.M., Cindy Diaz, a mother of four young children was shot and killed in front of the West Farms Convenience store located at 2012 Boston Road in the confines of the 48 Precinct in the Bronx. The victim was walking home with food for her children when she was fatally shot. A fight between two (2) males escalated into a violent shooting leaving the one male wounded and the innocent victim dead.

Grand Larceny:
ON SUNDAY, JULY 29, 2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 9:30 AM, INSIDE THE MYRTLE AVENUE/ WYCKOFF AVENUE, L/M SUBWAY STATION LOCATED IN THE
CONFINES OF THE 104 PRECINCT IN QUEENS, THE PERPETRATOR (PICTURED
ABOVE) REMOVED A VICTIM'S WALLET CONTAINING CREDIT CARDS AND
MADE UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES.

Homicide:
On Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at approximately 11:45 A.M., inside Kissena Park located at 164th Street and Booth Memorial Avenue in the confines of the 109 Precinct in Queens, 17 year old Andy Peralta was found dead.

Robbery:
ON THURSDAY, MAY 17, 2018 AT APPROXIMATELY 3:44 P.M., INSIDE BURLINGTON COAT
FACTORY LOCATED AT 96-05 QUEENS BOULEVARD IN THE CONFINES OF THE 112
PRECINCT IN QUEENS, THE PERPETRATOR (PICTURED ABOVE) DISPLAYED A BLACK
FIREARM TO THE STORE LOSS PREVENTION OFFICERS AND REMOVED A BLACK DUFFEL
BAG CONTAINING ITEMS.

Robbery:
ON SATURDAY, APRIL 21, 2018, AT APPROXIMATELY 1:50 A.M., ON THE
CORNER OF 172 STREET AND JAMAICA AVENUE IN THE CONFINES OF THE
103 PRECINCT IN QUEENS, THE PERPETRATOR (PICTURED ABOVE) FORCIBLY
REMOVED PROPERTY FROM A MALE VICTIM.

Robbery
On Sunday, March 3, 2019 at approximately 1:28 P.M., inside Gap located at 271 East Fordham Road in the confines of the 52 Precinct in the Bronx, the perpetrator pictured above was attempting to exit the store with merchandise and told the security personal that he has a needle and that he is infected with aids.

Double Homicide:
On Friday, May 11, 2018 at approximately 6:45 P.M., inside of 140 Moore Street in the confines of the 90 Precinct in Brooklyn, 62 year old Ana Delvalle was found shot multiple times by an unknown perpetrator causing her death. 54 year old Basil Gray was also shot and killed by an unknown perpetrator.

On Saturday, March 16, 2019 at approximately 9:00 A.M., in front of 474 Marcy Avenue in the confines of the 79 Precinct in Brooklyn, 47 year old Deshawn Smart (pictured above) was shot and killed by an unknown perpetrator.
