Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Accident
On September 30, 2017, at approximately 7:50 P.M., on the eastbound side of the Kosciuszko Bridge in the confines of the 108th Precinct, a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle occurred resulting in the death of the motorcyclist and the vehicle fleeing the scene. The vehicle involved is described as a possible black or blue Lexus or Infiniti G35 sedan with an unknown license plate.

ABOVE PICTURED PERPETRATOR, KEITH CLARKSON, STABBED TWO VICTIMS, RESULTING
IN THE DEATH OF ONE VICTIM, AND CAUSING A SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY TO THE OTHER.

Grand Larceny
THE ABOVE SHOWN PERPETRATORS ARE WANTED FOR COMMITTING SEVERAL GRAND LARCENIES INVOLVING USING FORGED DEBIT CARDS TO STEAL PEOPLE'S SOCIAL SECURITY DIRECT DEPOSITS. THE ABOVE SHOWN PERPETRATORS USED THE FORGED DEBIT CARDS TO WITHDRAW MONEY AT VARIOUS BANK ATM'S LOCATED IN THE CONFINES OF THE 41ST PRECINCT IN THE BRONX, MIDTOWN NORTH PRECINCT IN MANHATTAN AND THE 75TH PRECINCT IN BROOKLYN.

Homicide: On Monday, April 9, 2018, at approximately 6:10 P.M., 26 year old Brandy Odom was found dismembered inside Canarsie Park located in the confines of the 69 Precinct in Brooklyn.

As part of an investigation into a series of events regarding installing devices on ATM's to capture ATM/credit card numbers along with PIN numbers at the following Capital One Bank locations, the NYPD Financial Crimes Task Force is seeking to identify the persons shown above. The following is a list of dates, times and locations where "deep insert" skimming devices and pinhole cameras were placed in ATM to capture personal information: October 17, 2017 at approximately 11:14 P.M., Capital One Bank located at 1295 2nd Avenue N.Y, N.Y in the confines of the 19 Precinct in Manhattan October 17, 2017 at approximately 11:53 P.M., Capital One Bank located at 320 Park Avenue N.Y., N.Y. in the confines of the 18 Precinct in Manhattan October 27, 2017 at approximately 12:01 A.M., Capital One Bank located at 320 Park Avenue N.Y., N.Y. in the confines of the 18 Precinct in Manhattan October 29, 2017 at approximately 8:40 P.M., Capital One Bank located at 1180 3rd Avenue N.Y., N.Y. in the confines of the 19 Precinct in Manhattan The subjects later retrieve the devices and make fraudulent copies of ATM/credit cards with the information obtained and use the cards to make fraudulent withdrawals/cash advances.
