On Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at approximately 2:00 P.M., at the 188 Street and Grand Concourse (Fordham Road) Subway Station on the B/D lines in the confines of the 46 Precinct/Transit District 11 in the Bronx, the perpetrator (pictured above) kicked a 71 year old victim in the back causing injuries.
