On Sunday, January 1, 2019 at approximately 2:25 a.m., in front of 648 Water Street in the confines of the 7 Precinct in Manhattan, the perpetrators (pictured above) pepper sprayed a 40 year old victim and took his property.

The victim suffered a fractured nose, broken teeth, and numerous lacerations.
