On Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at approximately 2:30 p.m., inside 338 Madison Street in the confines of the 7 Precinct in Manhattan, the perpetrator (pictured above) and an unknown perpetrator pointed a gun at a 73 year old disabled victim and pushed him into his apartment.
