Montgomery Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown subject wanted for two vehicle burglaries. The offenses occurred, Thursday, February 22, 2024, in the 3200 block of South Perry Street, Montgomery, Alabama. Investigators say the suspect made an unlawful entry into two vehicles and rummaged through them. The suspect left the scene in an unknown direction of travel. The suspect is wanted for two counts of unlawful breaking and entering into a vehicle, both Class C felonies.

Opelika Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown suspect wanted for multiple charges. The offense occurred, on February 9, 2024, located in the 2500 of Pepperell Parkway, Opelika, Alabama at about 8:00 pm.
Investigators say the suspect, described as a black male, approximately 6-foot-5 to 6-foot-7, is seen on surveillance footage wearing a red t-shirt, black pants, red shoes, and a thick gold cross necklace was seen using the victim’s credit card in Zales, located in Opelika, Alabama.

The Opelika Police Department is investigating a vehicle burglary and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
On January 8, 2024, the Opelika Police Department began investigating a report of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle, Theft of Property, Third Degree, and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card which occurred in the 2500 Block of Pepperell Parkway. At approximately 6:24 p.m., the suspect, a light skinned black male, used the victim’s credit cards at Walmart, located at 2900 Pepperell Parkway, Opelika, Alabama.
Investigators say the suspect is seen on video surveillance footage wearing a brown hat with a fur lining and a black jacket. He entered a light colored SUV before leaving the area. Based on the tattoo on the suspects right hand, investigators were able to connect the suspect to a similar incident which occurred in February of 2023. The suspect in that incident stole the victim’s wallet from a vehicle in the same parking lot and used their cards at several Walmart locations.

Prattville Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown suspect wanted for an identity theft investigation. Investigators say the offense occurred on Wednesday, January 10, and Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Home Depot located at 2710 Legends Parkway, Prattville, AL.
Investigators say the pictured suspect, identified as a black male, entered the business and purchased GOOGLE Nest Thermostats, assorted electronics, and various other items. The suspect used another individual's information and credit card information to make the fraudulent purchase. The suspect purchased the same items on both listed dates. The suspect was seen leaving the scene in a white van and may also drive a Chevrolet Camaro.

Greenville Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown subject wanted for a business robbery. The offenses occurred, on Friday, February 2, 2024, at about 6:27 pm in the 700 block of South Conecuh Street. Investigators say the suspect entered the business, produced an unknown type of black firearm, and demanded currency. The suspect fled the scene with an undetermined amount of assorted U.S. currency.
Investigators say the suspect, identified as a male, was seen wearing a green, hooded windbreaker, a black stocking cap, white athletic shoes, and black pants. The male had what appeared to be Band-Aids on each cheek of his face, possibly disguising facial tattoos or prominent scarring.

Investigators say on Friday, January 19, 2024, at about 1:00 pm, MPD and Fire Medics responded to the area of West Boulevard and Ashley Road, Montgomery, Alabama, in reference to a subject shot. Upon an adult female was located, the female identified as Stephanie Harbison, 54, of Prattville, sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased.

The Lanett Police Department is investigating a January 28, and 29, 2024, shooting and is seeking information in this ongoing investigation.
On January 28, 2024, at about 1:57 a.m., police responded to the 200 block of 23rd Street Southwest, Lanett, Alabama, regarding shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, units located the scene and determined unknown suspects fired rounds at an occupied residence. Investigators say there were signs of damage to the residence, but no injuries were reported. Investigators say the following night, on January 29, 2024, at about 9:20 pm, police responded to the same location in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, units located an adult male who sustained a gunshot wound. The victim’s injuries were serious but did not appear to be life-threatening at this time. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Investigators say it appeared that multiple rounds were fired at the residence during the initial shooting.
The shootings remain under investigation and no other details are available for release at this time.
