Keyante Aaron Reed is a 19-year-old Black male adult, currently wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred in the City of Riverbank. Reed is described as having black hair and brown eyes, standing at about 5’10 inches tall and weighing about 177 pounds. The victim in this case has been identified as Markesse W. Owens, a 41-year-old male. Reed is considered armed and dangerous. Individuals who encounter Reed or know where he is currently located are urged to call 911.
On September 19, 2025, at approximately 3:56 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a shooting in the 6100 block of Claus Road in the City of Riverbank. Upon arrival, deputies located Owens, suffering from gunshot wounds. Deputies immediately began providing lifesaving measures; however, despite their efforts, Owens ultimately succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
While securing the residence associated with Ownes, deputies located two juveniles inside the home. Both children were unharmed and were safely removed from the location. Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit were dispatched to investigate this incident. During this investigation, detectives identified Reed as a suspect and a warrant for murder has been issued for his arrest. Reed’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.

On 08/27/2021, the Ceres Police Department took a report of a sexual assault involving a female juvenile. Through further additional investigation it was determined there was an additional female juvenile victim.

PIMENTALZARAGOZA was last seen on 08/27/2021, when he obtained a cash advance from his place of employment and abandoned his vehicle. Since then, the vehicle has been recovered. His whereabouts are unknown at this time but it is suspected he could possibly flee to Mexico.

There is a warrant for his arrest, he should be considered dangerous, please do not attempt to contact or apprehend him, contact the local authorities.
