Summary: On March 30, 2025, the Juneau Police Department (JPD) received a report of a burglary at Adobo Kitchen, located at the Vintage Food Truck Park. It was discovered that the food truck had been unlawfully entered, and approximately $900 in cash was stolen.
Summary: On March 25, 2025, the Juneau Police Department (JPD) received a report of a theft at Douglas Harbor. It was reported that a custom-made black crane cover, manufactured by Anchor Marine, was stolen. The cover is valued at approximately $2,700.
Summary: On March 17, 2025, the Friends of the Library Bookstore contacted the JPD to report a burglary. They stated that $175.00 in cash had been stolen. The suspect was described as a male, approximately 6 feet tall, with long black hair and wearing a hat.
Summary: The Juneau Police Department (JPD) received a report on March 6 regarding a burglary that took place between February 23, 2025, and February 26, 2025, at a maintenance shop located in the 400 block of D Street in Douglas.
The investigation revealed that two individuals gained entry to the shop, took various items, and fled the scene in a newer, dark-colored hatchback vehicle.
Summary: On February 24, 2025, at approximately 3:44 AM, FedEx contacted the Juneau Police Department to report an incident of vandalism and theft involving a parcel drop-off locker located outside their Juneau retail location. It is currently unknown how many parcels were stolen during the incident.
The suspect involved in the theft is described as wearing a dark blue coat with the hood up, black pants, and carrying a light blue backpack.
Summary: On February 22, 2025, the Juneau Police Department was notified by the University of Alaska regarding multiple reported incidents. JPD was informed that an individual or individuals had attempted to gain unauthorized access to the University, as evidenced by damaged window screens. Additionally, there were reports of attempted vehicle rifling and fuel thefts from vehicles located on the University campus.
Summary: Sometime between February 20th, 2025, at 1730 hours and February 21st at 0645 hours, an unknown person(s) broke into the storage shed located in the 1900 block of Allen Ct and stole tools valued at about $1,500.
Summary: On February 2, 2025, Juneau Self Storage, located at 1047 Salmon Creek Lane, reported a burglary involving seven (7) storage units. The locks on the units were cut, and entry was gained to steal a variety of items. Among the stolen property were animal hides, jewelry, black powder, and flintlock guns.
Summary: On 10/24/24, at about 1606 hours, Alaska Housing reported their vehicle in the 2800 block of Postal Way was damaged by what appeared to be the vehicle's tire jack causing approximately $350.00 in damage.
Summary: On 10/07/24, at about 1208 hours, the Juneau Police Department received a report of $2700.00 check stolen from a mailbox in the 8300 block of Gladstone Street.
Summary: On 09/30/24, at about 0800 hours, Thibodeau Valley Liquor reported the business was burglarized and alcohol was stolen from inside. The business was entered at 0450 hours. The suspect is described as wearing a face mask, Carhart pants, and a blue hooded sweatshirt. The damaged window is valued at about $500, and the alcohol is valued at about $23.75.
Summary: On 08/14/24, at about 0100 hours, the Juneau Police Department received a call about a rock being thrown to the window of a residence in the 4000 block of Riverside Drive. The window is estimated to be about $500.
Summary: On 06/16/2024, at about 0830 hours, The Shrine of St. Therese reported a window at the chapel had been broken using screwdrivers to gain access. The donation boxes from the gift shop and outdoor brochure station had been stolen. It was reported an unknown amount of cash was stolen from the donation box. On 06/29/24, at about 7:30 AM a male suspect entered the Shrine of St. Therese’s gift shop and appeared to go through religious memorabilia and stole food items. It is unknown if any religious memorabilia were stolen. The Shire of St. Therese has reported an increase in thefts in the area during June.
Summary: On 06/27/24, at about 2222 hours, JPD received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 4300 Block of North Douglas Hwy. The vehicle was reported to be a 2011 Gray Subaru.
Summary: On 06/26/24, at about 1040 hours, JPD received a report of stolen tools from a construction site in the 9100 block of Mall Road. The following tools were stolen:

Summary: On 06/19/2024, at about 0720 hours, Alpine Construction reported several tools stolen from a job site from a business in the 8000 Block of Old Dairy Road. Alpine Construction reported the following tools stolen:

3- 9Volt DeWalt batteries
4-6AMP Flex Volt DeWalt batteries
3–20-volt DeWalt batteries
1-Battery-powered impact drill
Summary: On 06/14/24, at about 1035 hours, JPD received a report that construction tools had been stolen from a construction site in the 2300 block of Engineers Cutoff Road. The tools were reported to have been stolen from inside a residence. The house was under construction and it is believed a suspect/s had entered on the previous evening. The following tools were stolen and valued at:
Dewalt 15-gal Air Compressor - $500 – damaged plastic housing on the top, cord has several kinks, metal guard doesn’t stay closed, new pressure release valve, paint is chipped a couple of inches above the release valve.
Milwaukee Jobsite Radio - $300 – missing the antenna, off-brand battery
M18 6AH Battery - $180 – off-brand battery similar to Milwaukee
Milwaukee 15-amp Sawzall - $200 – single-stage trigger instead of factory variable. Replaced non-Milwaukee plug
Stanley Fat Max Tin Snips - $30 – Brand New
Milk House Heater - $50 - New
