ID Theft - Grand Theft - Bay Village & Mentor
August 18, 2017
The
Bay Village Police Department is investigating an identity theft in
which a male posed as a resident to open a credit card. This was done
at JC Penny’s at Great Lakes Mall in Mentor. The male then purchased
over $1500 in jewelry. The quality is not the best, but a portion of the
male’s face can be seen at the bottom left of the picture. If you

July 22, 2017
On 7-2-17 two juveniles were walking on W 57 & Bridge when a dark colored vehicle with a white passenger door pulled up to them slowly. Three suspects jumped out of the car and pointed a gun at the victims and demanded they lay on the ground. The suspects went through the victims pockets and took their cell phone before getting into the car and driving off. The suspects are described as b/m’s late teens, the suspect with the gun wore a black Adidas jacket with white stripe. If anyone has any knowledge of this crime please contact Crime Stoppers.
ROBBERY -THEFT - Steelyard Target
July 22, 2017
On 7-13-17 a female and two males entered Target at Steelyard and went
to the clearance section of televisions. The males put a tv on a
shopping cart and then attempted to walk out of the store without paying
. When security attempted to stop the male he pushed the officer and
ran away. If anyone recognizes or knows about this crime contact Crime

ARMED ROBBERY - Clinton Ave 3500 block
July 21, 2017
On 7-10-17 a male and female were parking their vehicle in the 3500
block of Clinton Ave when 2 suspects came from behind and both pointed
guns at them and told them not to move or they would kill them. One
suspect reached into the car and struggled with the victims purse. The
victim started honking the horn continuously and the suspect threatened
to shoot her. The suspect ripped the purse from the victim and the two
suspects fled and got into a dark colored vehicle with a white
passenger door. The suspects are described as a B/M , teens 5’8 150
wearing a dark t-shirt and a 2” afro. The second suspect is a B/M teens,
wearing a dark t-shirt. If anyone has any knowledge of this crime

ROBBERY - West 28th & Detroit
July 08, 2017
On 6-2-17 the victim was in the area of W 28 & Detroit when 3
suspects assaulted him and took $20. The males fled to 1292 Winslow and
were captured on camera. The suspects are described as a B/M grey hoody
blue jeans and red tennis shoes. B/M 20 wearing blue jacket with white
stripes and a B/M blue leather jacket with a red yellow and green knit

THEFT - McDonalds - Woodmere

Guy walks into a McDonalds and shoves a laptop down his pants. No
really, we have video. This McThief walked into the Woodmere McDonalds on July 4th at approx. 1245 hrs and liberated the managers laptop.
After liberating it from her briefcase he
imprisoned it in his pants. If anyone

On 6-23-17 this suspect smashed a window and entered Dollar Tree located at 6723 Denison. The suspect filled a shopping cart with about $200 worth of merchandise and fled the store. BURGLARY - Elderly victim in residence
June 30, 2017
On 6-25-17 a white male suspect with blonde hair entered a home in the 1500 block of Granby while the eldery victim was home watching TV. The victim saw this male crawling through her dining room. He then grabbed her purse off the floor and ran. The victim saw the suspect enter a blue car possibly a Buick with a partial plate of “HCV”. ARSON- Garfield Hts

The
State Fire Marshal’s Fire & Explosion Investigation Bureau is
asking for tips from the public regarding an intentionally set fire to a
detached garage at 10606 Edgepark Drive in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
The fire occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, April 21. The fire caused extensive damage to the garage, including damage to two cars and two motorcycles inside. There was also heavy damage to the home next door at 4875 East 106th Street.
The Garfield Heights Fire Department responded to the fire, and the investigation is being conducted jointly by the fire department, Garfield Heights Police Department and the Marshal’s office.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the fire.

AUTO THEFT
June 23, 2017
On 6-14-17 the victim parked his 2000 Dodge Intrepid 4Dr green car in
front of Marshalls down at Steelyard. When they returned their car was
gone with the victims purse that was inside. Sometime later at the 4500 block of Pallister papers from the victim`s car were dumped. The
photos show the victim’s car and a suspect vehicle described as a silver

ROBBERY- State Rd - Cleve
June 20, 2017
On 6-8-17 this victim was delivering cigarettes and was robbed at the
Convenient Food Mart located at 4828 State Rd. Two suspects approached
the victim inside the truck trailer pointed a gun and told the victim to
lie down and not move. The suspects then started taking boxes of
cigarettes and candy. Three suspects are shown above and was driving a

The armed males entered the store at which time the clerk / victim attempted to run to the opposite end of the counter , attempting to get away from the suspects. The two males chased the female down, at gunpoint, and physically dragged her back to the register, violently. Also are photos of the suspects auto as they were fleeing the scene. On June 10, 2017 a Family Dollar at 5590 State Rd. Parma, OH was robbed at gun point by a W/M, approximately 6’-00”, wearing a green colored sweatshirt with “Bruins” on the left sleeve. BURGLARY - Archwood Ave
April 25, 2017
On 4-14-17 the victim was at his apartment located in the 2900 block of Archwood Ave, and was with a known male that goes by the name” Marcus” or” Martin.” This “friend” requested to leave quickly and the victim left his apartment door unlocked to go to the Clark Gas Station. While at the Clark station his so called “friend” had to leave and told him to wait till he gets back. His”friend” never returned so the victim went back to his apartment and found that it was burglarized. The suspects are seen in the photos above taking a tv, xbox and speakers. DOUBLE HOMICIDE- Mr Cars-April 14 - Reward increased

On Friday evening April 14, 2017 at the Mr Cars dealership on East 185th St owners Michael and Trina Kuznick were murdered. It was discovered that 2 vehicles (pictured) were stolen as well, a 1999 Chevy Tahoe 2dr white with gold trim and beige or taupe leather interior
and a 2008 BMW 528i 4dr silver in color, the 528i designation is prominently displayed on the right side of trunk lid.
