Christian R. Alegre is wanted for an $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply

On February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:25 p.m., in the Waipahu area, a male
suspect was unlawfully operating a motor vehicle, a Black Moped, which did not
belong to him. Undercover Officers were able to detain the male suspect on the
Pearl Harbor bike path and positively identified him as Christian R. Alegre. On
February 12, 2024, at approximately 11:27 p.m., Christian R. Alegre was placed
under arrest for the offense of Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle in the
First Degree.

Ronald S. Green is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
in Court.
On May 1, 2025, at approximately 10:15 a.m., the complainant, who is employed
at a Kaimuki area thrift store, attempted to detain a male suspect for theft. While
attempting to detain the male suspect, the complainant was assaulted by him,
which allowed the male suspect to flee the area. Police arrived shortly thereafter
and detained the suspect nearby. Officers positively identified Ronald S. Green
as the suspect. On May 1, 2025, at approximately 11:20 a.m., Ronald S. Green
was placed under arrest for the offense of Robbery in the Second Degree.
Ronald S. Green has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea,
Honolulu, and Kaimuki areas.

Sean Woolsey is wanted for an $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.
On January 19, 2022, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Sean Woolsey arrived at the
complainant’s residence in the Haleiwa area to provide an estimate for repairs
and received $2900.00 in cash to start the job on January 22, 2022. Sean
Woolsey deceived the complainant and failed to appear on the agreed-upon
dates, which ranged from January 22, 2022, through February 23, 2022. A
Police report for theft was documented on February 25, 2022.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Sean Woolsey was positively
identified as the suspect who deceived the complainant by taking money for
repair services that were never provided. On March 30, 2022, the Prosecutor’s
Office accepted the charges against Sean Woolsey for the offense of Theft in the
First Degree.
Sean Woolsey has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Haleiwa,
Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Pomaikai Olson is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear.
On November 26, 2023, in the early morning hours just before 2:23 a.m., at a car
dealership in the Aiea area, a male suspect unlawfully damaged thirteen vehicles
as well as three windows of the showroom. The estimated cost to repair the
windows and vehicles was in excess of $25,000.00. Responding Officers located
the male suspect on site, who was positively identified as Pomaikai Olson, and
was responsible for causing damage to the dealership showroom and vehicles
on the property. On November 26, 2023, at approximately 3:36 a.m., Pomaikai
Olson was arrested for the offense of Criminal Property Damage in the First
Degree.
Pomaikai Olson has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Aiea and
Downtown Honolulu areas.

Timothy Ellis Jr. is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for multiple criminal
offenses.
On June 18, 2025, in a residence located in the Nanakuli area, Timothy Ellis Jr.
strangled a juvenile complainant, causing pain and injuries. Through further
investigation, it was discovered that Timothy Ellis Jr. had also committed multiple
offenses of Terroristic Threatening and Abuse of Family/Household Member, on
a second complainant who had intervened during the strangulation episode.
On July 11, 2025, a Warrant of Arrest was issued for Timothy Ellis Jr., including
four counts of Abuse of Family/Household Member and three counts of
Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree.
Timothy Ellis Jr. has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa
Beach, Kapolei, Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Dane Lemes-Keller is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 3:24 a.m., in the Ewa Beach area, a witness
observed a male suspect enter and take items from his Father’s parked vehicle.
The male suspect fled the area in possession of the complainant’s property
before the Officers’ arrival. A police report was generated, and video of the
suspect was obtained through the course of the investigation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 6:10 p.m., Officers positively identified Dane
Lemes-Keller as the person who entered and took items from within the
complainant’s vehicle. On April 24, 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charge against Dane Lemes-Keller for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Desi Manalo is wanted for a $15,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On July 29, 2022, at approximately 3:12 p.m., a female suspect selected and
concealed items from a retail establishment in the Kahala area and exited the
store without making a payment. An asset protection officer stopped and
detained the female suspect, recovering all items valued at more than $890.
Officers were able to positively identify Desi Manalo as the suspect who
shoplifted from the store. On July 29, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Desi
Manalo was arrested for the offense of Theft in the Second Degree.

Kendrell O. Johnson is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On February 15, 2023, at approximately 11:20 a.m., in the Aina Haina area, a
male suspect made threats against the complainant using a dangerous
instrument and also assaulted the complainant causing injuries. Responding
Officers located and detained the male suspect and positively identified Kendrell
O. Johnson as the male who threatened and assaulted the complainant. On
February 15, 2023, at approximately 12:28 p.m., Kendrell O. Johnson was
arrested for the offense of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

Haina, Honolulu, and Waikiki areas.

Edward A. Deplae II is wanted for a $15,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On June 10, 2021, at approximately 9:40 a.m., in the Nuuanu area, the male
suspect was operating his motor vehicle, a Chevrolet SUV, which Officers
declared a motor vehicle pursuit by activating patrol vehicle blue lights and
vehicle siren. The suspect collided with HPD patrol car vehicle in order to flee
the area as the Officers terminated the pursuit as a result of vehicular damage
caused by the suspect. On June 14, 2021, undercover Officers were able to
locate the male suspect and positively identified him as the suspect operating the
Chevrolet SUV which damaged the HPD patrol vehicle. On June 14, 2021, at
approximately 3:51 p.m., Edward A. Deplae II was placed under arrest for
Criminal Property Damage in the First Degree, and Resisting an Order to Stop a
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.
Edward A. Deplae II, has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu area.

Michelle Marie Grimes, is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On January 18, 2023, at approximately 8:30 a.m., at a department store located
in the Kailua area, a female concealed multiple items and exited the store without
making payment. A store Security Officer recognized the female from previous
incidents and called 911 for assistance. Responding Officers located the suspect
outside the store with multiple stolen items valued at more than $750.00, and she
was positively identified as Michelle Marie Grimes. On January 18, 2023, at
approximately 9:55 a.m., Michelle Marie Grimes was arrested for the offense of
Theft in the Second Degree. While reviewing video surveillance, it was
discovered that she was also responsible for a theft on January 16, 2023, and
was also arrested for the offense of Theft in the Third Degree.
Michelle Marie Grimes has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent
the Kailua, Kalihi, and Waianae areas.

Victor Notrangelo IV is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to

On May 12, 2021, at about 4:30 p.m., a male suspect unlawfully entered the
complainant’s residence in the Waianae area, damaged property, and assaulted
and threatened the complainant and her adult daughter. The male fled the area
before the Officer’s arrival. The male was identified by both family members as
Victor Notrangelo IV. On October 26, 2021, based on a thorough investigation
and conferral with the Prosecutor’s Office, Victor Notrangelo IV was charged with
the offenses of Burglary in the First Degree, and Terroristic Threatening in the
First Degree.

On January 16, 2023, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:25 a.m., in the parking lot of a
North Shore surf spot area, a male suspect made unauthorized entry into a motor
vehicle and took items from within. Police were notified and were able to locate
and detain the male suspect. The male suspect was positively identified as
Shaun Hew-Len, and was arrested for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in
the First Degree.
Hew-Len has twenty-six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pupukea,
Kapolei, Wahiawa, and Waianae areas.

Tyren A.K.M. Pagaduan is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to

On January 17, 2024, at approximately 10:45 p.m., a male suspect arrived at the
complainant’s residence in the Aiea area. The complainant recognized the male
suspect as her cousin, Tyren Pagaduan. An argument ensued between them
when Tyren Pagaduan displayed a dangerous instrument and used it to threaten
the complainant, who was not injured and retreated to safety. The complainant
called 911 to report the incident and positively identified the male suspect as
Tyren Pagaduan. On January 17, 2024, at approximately 10:53 p.m., Officers
responded to the scene, located and placed Tyren Pagaduan under arrest for the
offense of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.
Pagaduan has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea, Honolulu,
and Waipahu areas.

On January 7, 2024, at approximately 1:55 a.m., in the parking lot of a Keeaumoku area Club, two individuals were robbed by a male using a firearm in which one shot was discharged in the air. Responding Officers arrived but were unable to locate the male who shot at and robbed the complainants who were uninjured. On January 16, 2024, at approximately 4:05 p.m., through information from the investigation, Lewis was located and subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree, Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver, and Use of Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

Lewis has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Waipahu areas.

Malia Morrison is wanted for a $20,000 Warrant of Arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

On October 16, 2024, at about 6:58 p.m., a female entered the Navy Exchange on Bougainville Drive and loaded her shopping cart full of items. The female then exited the store without making payment for the items. An employee confronted the female outside of the store at which time the female sprayed him with pepper spray. Other employees intervened and detained her until the arrival of police. The female, who was identified as Malia Morrison was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

Morrison has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach area.
