As he waited for a streetcar to go home, 63-year-old Chet Woodward was fatally stabbed on the night of Wednesday, September 18, 2019. He had just left the Rockin’ Cigar Bar, and moments later, at 10:42 P.M., police responded to a call of an unconscious man.  Woodward was found stabbed and was taken to the hospital, but did not survive.

 Detectives located video of a man wearing a dark Levi’s hooded jacket.  This man is believed to have crucial information on the murder.   Woodward was a blues musician who frequented the Cincinnati Bar District and was well known by many patrons.
