It is alleged in 2013 the accused party committed numerous frauds and thefts at various stores in Burlington and Hamilton and were subsequently arrested and charged. They accused was required to attend court in October and December of 2013 in Milton which he failed to do and a warrant was issue for his arrest.

SUCHY also has tattoos on his left thumb "Respect" and "Loyalty". He was born in the Czech Republic and is known to frequent Halton, Hamilton, Mississauga and has ties to British Columbia.

Halton Police have confirmed SUCHY is residing out west and there are ongoing efforts to execute a warrant.

In July 2011 the accused was in possession of a vehicle stolen form an address in Cambridge. The vehicle was located and recovered in Burlington. A warrant was issued for the accused after several attempts were made to locate him and he continues to evade capture at this time.

The accused has 29 criminal charge convictions for various offences such as Dangerous Operation, Theft under and over $5000, Possession of Break and Enter Instruments, Flight from Police and Fail to Comply Probation.

MILLER is known to frequent the areas of Burlington, Hamilton, Ohsweken and the surrounding areas.

It is alleged in December of 2013 the accused was located operating a Motor Vehicle while impaired after a citizen observed him stumbling out of the driver`s seat at a gas station in Halton Region. The accused was located and arrested, and through investigation it was determined the accused was also a suspended driver with suspensions that date back to 2002. The accused has amassed over 65 convictions in his Criminal Career thus far, 13 of which are drunk driving related offences. The accused was released on a Undertaking and was require to attend court on April 30th 2014 in Milton, which he failed to do. The accused was required to Re-Attend court in Milton on September 23, 2014 and failed to attend again and a warrant was issued for MOODIE`s arrest.

MOODIE has a scar on his chin and along his eyebrow, and his hair is greying. He is known to frequent the areas of Hamilton, Dunnville, Cayuga and Haldimand Region. MOODIE also has ties to Saskatchewan.

Sean KELLY is described as 5’9”, 150 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.  KELLY also has Tattoos left arm – “Celtic band”, left elbow – “Sun”, Right elbow - “Make your own luck with a star”.

It is alleged that in December of 2013 the accused stole a debit card from an elderly male`s residence. He then used the card to make $1,000 worth of fraudulent purchases. The accused was identified through video during the incidents and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The accused has so far managed to evade capture and his whereabouts unknown.

His weight has fluctuated up to 250 lbs in the past. BULLIED has tattoos of praying hands on his left forearm and a cross on his right forearm. He has ties to Halton, Toronto, and the Ottawa areas.

It is alleged in March of 2011 the accused entered a residential parking lot in the City of Burlington and stole a vehicle and then continue to damage and steal from several vehicles that were parked overnight. The accused stole various items including 4 tires and rims from a car, to GPS units and credit cards that were located inside vehicles. The accused also broke into and stole items from several storage lockers. The accused was arrested and attended Milton court on several occasions but failed to appear for court in February 2012.
