On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at approximately 0950 hours, in the vicinity of Franklin Avenue and Fulton Street, an 83-year-old female victim was on board a stationary "B25" MTA bus when she was approached by an unidentified individual who engaged her in a verbal dispute. The individual then shoved the victim in the face, causing her to sustain minor injuries.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, at approximately 1730 hours, in the vicinity of 46 Street and Queens Boulevard, a 23-year-old female victim was approached by an unidentified individual who engaged her in conversation. As the victim attempted to walk away, the individual restrained her from fleeing and carried her into the 46 Street-Bliss Street subway station. The individual fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at approximately 0045 hours, at the intersection of Mermaid Avenue and West 21 Street, a 49-year-old male victim and a 28-year-old female victim were approached by four unidentified individuals. The unidentified individuals punched both victims about the face and body and slashed the female victim in the torso with a cutting instrument and stabbed the male victim in the back with a cutting instrument.

On Saturday, April 4, 2026, at approximately 0140 hours, in front of 106 Dyckman Street, an unidentified individual displayed a cutting instrument and stabbed a 32-year-old male victim multiple times in the back following a verbal dispute.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at approximately 2230 hours in front of 492 Madison Street, the victim, a 39-year-old male, was working while making food deliveries on a two-wheeled vehicle, when he was approached by unidentified individuals. The unidentified individuals forcibly removed the victim’s two-wheeled vehicle and fanny pack containing $147 dollars and fled on the vehicle eastbound on Madison Avenue.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at approximately 0030 hours, inside 1380 Eastern Parkway, a 60-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual. The individual punched and kicked the victim in the face and body, forcibly removed his wallet, and fled on foot to parts unknown.

On Thursday, April 23, 2026, at approximately 2351 hours, inside of 321 East 166 Street, an unidentified individual displayed and discharged a firearm striking a 29-year-old male victim in the back.

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at approximately 1350 hours, in front of 554 Prospect Avenue, a 41-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual who engaged him in a verbal dispute. The individual then displayed and discharged a firearm, striking the victim in the right leg.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, at approximately 1330 hours, in the vicinity of Southern Boulevard and East 167 Street, an 83-year-old male victim was exiting a BX35 bus when he made contact with an unidentified individual. The individual became irate, pushed the victim to the ground and kicked the victim in the head multiple times causing injuries.

On Sunday, March 8, 2026, at approximately 0115 hours, inside 5820 7th Avenue, an unidentified person stabbed 42-year-old female victim multiple times about the body following a verbal dispute. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, at approximately 1140 hours, at the intersection of Davidson Avenue and West 177 Street, an unidentified individual displayed and discharged a firearm toward a 30-year-old male victim. The individual fled the location in a black sedan to parts unknown.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at approximately 0300 hours, inside of a bodega located at 3128 Villa Avenue, two unidentified individuals entered the location. The individuals displayed a firearm and one of the individuals struck a 27-year-old male store employee in the head with the firearm. The other individual struck a 22-year-old male store employee in the head with a chair. The two unidentified individuals then forcibly removed the victim’s cellphones and approximately $250 dollars from the cash register.

on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at approximately 0920 hours, in the vicinity of Murray Street and 35 Avenue, an unidentified individual entered a 22-year-old male victim's residence through the front door. Once inside, a physical altercation ensued and the individual removed the victim's house keys. The victim sustained minor injuries but was not hospitalized.

On Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at approximately 1535 hours, at the intersection of East 38 Street and Fillmore Avenue, a 19-year-old male victim was approached by an unidentified individual who slashed him in the face with a scalpel. The unidentified individual then forcibly removed a bag of fried chicken from the victim. The individual then fled on foot southbound on Ryder Street.

On Monday, April 27, 2026, at approximately 1800 hours, following a verbal dispute, a 15-year-old male victim was shot in the neck and back while he was on a northbound "A" train approaching the 80th Street subway station. The individual then exited the train and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at approximately 0630 hours, an unidentified individual used spray paint to deface a statue and write anti-religious remarks in front of 36-25 11 Street. The individual fled the location to parts unknown.

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, at approximately 1952 hours, a 32-year-old male victim was in front of 26 Post Avenue when an unidentified individual approached and a verbal dispute ensued. The individual then displayed and discharged a firearm at the ground near the victim's feet.

On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at approximately 1330 hours, in the vicinity of 148 Street and Jamaica Avenue, an 88-year-old male was walking when he was approached by an unidentified individual who punched him in the face causing him to fall to the ground.

On Sunday, April 5, 2026, at approximately 1600 hours, two unidentified individuals followed a 54-year-old male victim into a residential building in the vicinity of Grand Concourse and Van Courtland Avenue and demanded his property. One of the unidentified individuals displayed a knife and slashed the victim in the arm and forcibly removed the victim’s wallet containing approximately $40, an identification card, and credit cards before fleeing the location on foot traveling southbound on Grand Concourse to parts unknown.

On Monday, April 20, 2026, at approximately 0030 hours, a 27-year-old male victim was onboard a northbound "2"  train approaching the East 225 Street train station when he was approached by an unidentified individual who engaged him in a verbal dispute. The unidentified individual pepper sprayed the victim in the face and then exited the train at the 225 Street subway station and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.
